Thank you for prompt and courteous service on our BMW. We would have paid almost twice as much at the dealer. We have converted to Orange Motors since last year. After regular maintenance work, this was the the first major work we had done by them and we are very glad we found them. Orange Motors is a great auto repair shop.

I know how stressful for a car dummy like me to find a trustworthy auto shop to get issue solved. I'm so glad I found these guys. They gave me the best quote, and also showed me how they got original parts to fix my car. They also give me a 2yr warranty. Their service is also very thoughtful! They gave me ride both dropping off and picking up, they called to explain the issue and didn't try to add more fees afterwards when a lot of shops tend to do. Honest, transparent and best price! I highly recommend here!

Highly recommend! The owner and employees took really good care of my husband and I after we broke down in a 1981 VW Westfalia Vanagon while on a road trip making our way through town back up to Oregon. It was a holiday weekend and they got us in right away, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered our parts, and had us back on the road within a half day. Friendly people, great customer service, definitely best prices that we could find in the area, very knowledgeable, and their work got us up and running and back home. Thank you Orange Motors!!

Hmmmm. Maybe I could afford to ship my car all over the country because I wasn't paying $300 for oil changes, and parts that should never have been broken by the mechanic in the first place.
Pro tip: do the work that is requested. Suggest repairs without just adding them to the invoice, and getting angry when the (repeat) customer declines a $1000 service, that should have never been over $100.
As for not having an appointment, you could have kept the car all week for all I care. That's no excuse to vent your frustrations on a loyal customer who's referred numerous friends!!!!!

Took my 3 series to get checked before buying it from a private seller. He made sure it was in good shape and gave me all the details good or bad and bought it. since then i go here to get my car serviced and if anything is due for repair he will always suggest in detail. Long story short (at least I'll try), my BMW X1 produced white smoke and a burning smell from the engine area. Took the car to Orange motors as I wanted to go to a small business instead of the dealership and hopefully save some money in the process.

This place is totally AWESOME! Addie, the owner is absolutely very nice, really a wonderful guy, considerate, and really helpful. He takes good care of your car, and help you whenever you're having trouble with your car. I have a Volvo, with check engine light on. I know, to fix it is a bit pricy, but he tried to help me somehow to get thru an issue without spending too much. The car was not totally fix yet coz I didn't have the money. Nevertheless, I will absolutely recommend this place. A+A+A+

We have been taking our cars to Orange Motors for years. The best mechanic for European cars! ( I don't understand some people, when you purchase European cars, you must know they are expensive and maintaining would not be like other cars)

The service was good but the $$$ was really high , my starter had to be replaced on my 2006 BMW. 530i and it cost me 735 $! Or something like that and I was only given a 12 month warranty, wow!! And they gave me a quote on changing the brakes and the transmission fluid and it totaled to 1500, plus the 735 for the starter and I was like no thank you, I already spent enough here , so if you have lots of money than this is the place for you and your German vehicle .

I have used this company several times for expensive repairs after my car was no longer in warranty. I always assumed they were fair priced and really never price checked. All repairs were done correctly. Recently I needed a minor repair that involved replacing a part related to my tire pressure monitor. I had researched the problem and found it was a $89.00 part and very minor install. My contact at Orange Motors quoted me $ 750.00 for the repair. Not many many mechanics are willing/able to work on foreign cars and we've gone to many for our VW. Eddie was honest, knowledgeable and quick to work on our car without breaking the bank. He was very creative in resolving the problem with a fuel line leak, and was able to fix all other minor issues within the same day! Great service for great price. We will be bringing our car here is we need anything else done. 10/10 recommend!

I was in Orange County yesterday and my R53 Mini Cooper S snapped the supercharger belt. I was lucky enough to limp the car in to Orange Motors, after a quick Google search, and Addie and his team were able to fix the belt and get me back on the road quickly. No matter where my car breaks down, even 200 miles away, I'll have it towed to Orange Motors, for I know, price-wise, I'll still come WAY ahead, with a peace of mind that the issue is COMPLETELY taken care of.
Their knowledge of mechanical issues with imported cars cannot be topped! The most important reason I won't take my car anywhere else is because they are honest and trustworthy people, which to me it is priceless.

I have a 1999 vw cabrio.. about a week ago it started losing power pretty rapidly, to the point of not being able to shift out of first gear. Brought it to Orange Motors because I'm sick of taking my German car to everyday mechanics and getting the puzzled look. I can't say enough nice things about Addie and Orange Motors. I've brought my Range Rover to him on three occasions because it's impossible to get service appointments at the dealerships, and will never call the dealership first again. I brought my Mini in about a year ago or so, was very happy with the customer service, their professionalism and communication. You have to put some level of trust in your mechanic; if you're not there, find another one. Orange Motors are honest, straight-forward, and tell you they are not the cheapest, who wants cheapest. I want the best car care for the best price, that is not the cheapest. Try them, the proof is in the pudding.
