When patients request refills, we request 3-4 business days for in-store pick-up. If we are mailing prescriptions, it may take 7-10 business days once it leaves our facility to arrive. We unfortunately cannot control how long the USPS takes to deliver prescriptions.

Have been using Dorneyville Pharmacy for two years and the service has been satisfactory until the last script was ordered to be sent to my home. I moved a few months ago so I changed my address on my online account. This was the first script since the move so I phoned in to verify the change of address. In spite of that, the medication was sent to my old address. I'm afraid that with medications this is very sloppy work. I'm currently looking for a more suitable vendor.

The best service, the best team and the friendliest staff. There’s something so great about a family owned business and Dorneyville pharmacy is like a family to my family and my dogs. They simply love what they do and you see it in everything that they do. They will go out of their way to make sure that you have the medicine you need when other pharmacies don’t have in stock. Horrible experience. I called in for a refill (I have two different medications that are compounded here). They mixed up and gave me the other one. I didn't realize it until I came home and called right away. They said I couldn't return it (obviously due to state regulations), but I was greatly disappointed that they didn't credit me and make things right and get what I ordered originally fixed ASAP. On top of that they were telling me "well, you need it anyway." No....I said that has nothing to do with the fact that you screwed up and I will call in which medication I need and when I need it.

I have been using Dorneyville Pharmacy for a few years. They are always pleasant and easy to deal with when ordering refills. Even though, the pharmacy maintains normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 9-5, they are very accommodating with how I am able to receive my medications, my wife’s medications, and our dog’s prescription. My wife or I normally pick-up in the store, but there have been times where we were unable to do so because of a hectic work week. Dorneyville Pharmacy gave us the option to mail our prescriptions or to pick up in their after hours box. We have used both options

I have used Dorneyville Pharmacy for over twenty years in a variety of capacities, for myself and my pets. The staff have always been courtesy on the phone when calling in. They are always very helpful when I am picking up medications, as well. There have been some occasions where I have not been able to make it in to pick-up my script due to my work schedule. They have placed the medication in their after hours box or mailed it to me at my request.
The pharmacy has recently remodeled their outside look and it looks fantastic. They also now have a mobile app which makes ordering prescriptions

I love Dorneyville Pharmacy. I am a vet tech and have used them personally and professionally for years Tom, Cory, and Mandi are awesome (along with the rest of the staff). They have compounded medications for my personal pets for years. Even though their hours aren’t always convenient for me they offer shipping and pick up after hours. They are always willing to give me prices and compare things for me. They make pilling my kitties even easier on me. So easy my family can do it without me. 😃

2 stars because their compounded prescription for my cat seems to work just fine. However, the customer service, while it isn't rude, is definitely lacking. Each time I've had the prescription filled, including my first visit, there has been a miscommunication regarding pick up time and/or days supply. The most recent refill I requested via their website portal, thinking this would solve the problem - but no. I understand that this is a busy pharmacy, but to me - this many basic errors is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere when it's time for my vet to call in a refill of the prescription

I needed a prescription that only they carried, so it was my first time going here! I brought in my 7 month old who was hanging out in his car seat. The staff was so friendly, and they were all playing with him while I was waiting for my prescription to be filled. It was such a nice atmosphere, and I wish I lived closer because I would absolutely switch pharmacies if I didn't have to drive so far. Keep up the good work guys!
