With four convenient locations, an array of services, free pick-up, and delivery and regular discounts and coupons, we are popular among our customers. This is our primary specialty! Certain fabrics such as cashmere, wool, and silk, are delicate in nature and water-sensitive too. If you wash these fabrics in a commercial washing machine, in which the washing is done by a rotating agitator, these run a risk of significant damage.
Getting your garments clean and ready to wear is made even easier with Dry Clean Express' free pick-up and delivery service. We understand that time management can be difficult with a family and a job. The Dry Clean Express free pick-up and delivery service expands to most areas in West LA. We have available schedules to where we can pick up and deliver clothes on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.

I have been getting my clothes cleaned here for about 20 years. Avi and Amy take great care of us and our clothes. They have never lost or damaged anything and the one time some buttons broke, they replaced them for us. I use their tailor when I have pants to shorten (or let out!) and I always get "service with a smile"! Great prices, great service, reliability -- what more could anyone want from their Dry Cleaner!?!? Take your clothes here with confidence!

Terrible service. DO NOT USE!! they gave me someone else's shirts and then they lost my shirts and are doing everything they can to get out of it. Before that, they messed up several orders. After losing my shirts he says they have eight weeks to look for them.If you want to use the dry cleaner that messes your orders, loses your shirts and then takes no responsibility, use dry clean express. go to Dryclean express, they'll be sure to lose your things.

I've been going here since 1998. In that time, they have only ruined 2 shirts.
They have probably washed 5,000 of my shirts.
They are open on Sundays.
Why wouldn't you go here?
(the usual: Laundry isn't dry cleaning. If you need military press, find a niche dry cleaner. Ask how much the service costs upfront. Recycle your hangers)

I have been coming to this wonderful dry cleaners for about a year now and just love the great service and great quality of dry cleaning and laundry service. I am a busy business man and have no time for doing my own laundry so I bring all my cleaning here from towels, jeans, shirts and just everything. I love how you can get laundry as fast as overnight. I don't write many reviews, but I'm really upset about this place. DO NOT COME HERE! I have been going here for about three years because it's convenient and close to my apartment, but today is my last day. I am done with this place! 3 times I have brought clothes to this place to be hemmed and given a date they'd be ready on my ticket only to show up AFTER that date to find out they are untouched. The first time this happened was with a pair of jeans I needed shortened. I went after the date to pick them up and they weren't ready because the seamstress didn't know

They've ruined two dress shirts!
1.) First shirt was torn across the chest. They tried to cover it up by sewing a diagonal seam across the entire left panel of the shirt. They didn't say anything until I noticed it and called them out on it. It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to admit they ruined the shirt. Finally after about 30 minutes, the owner agreed they had ruined it and decided to give me credit for my next visit.
2.) The second ruined shirt came back to me with a MASSIVE bleach stain. Again they denied any responsibility for ruining the shirt.

I liked this dry cleaner a lot because they were open on weekends.
I came here to get my comforter washed, and it gets returned with a cover-up sown tear that they did when trying to wash it. AND.... the comforter didn't seem like it was washed at all.
All for $20 dollars. Seems like a lot of the cleaners around Santa Monica are getting this reputation for lost/damaged materials. I'd make this a small claims matter but I don't have the time.

Drycleaners can be so polarizing. Either they got all your stuff perfectly clean, or they murdered your pet.
Oddly enough, my experience at Dryclean Express has been a perfect midpoint. They get my stuff clean, it takes the normal amount of time, and I pay maybe a hair more than I hope when I get into my driver's seat.
Isn't that really what you'd expect of a dry cleaner?
It's conveniently closer to my home. There is a parking lot, albeit a very small one, but at least you don't have to go street-hunting or pay just to drop off your stuff.
My one piece of advice for

I have been going to this place for awhile since it is walking distance from my house. The staff is nice and the owner seem like a nice guy, so I have kept going. My most frequent dry cleans are the sweaters and the tailoring.
The dry clean service was okay. Somewhat decent but not the best. Some stains I have to bring back to them several times to get them fixed. And they have a tailoring service which comes useful especially I am always in need of shortening my pants.
And the review on here is quite true, the price changes from time to time and I have noticed sometimes there's a dollar

I hate dry cleaners!!!!! And I hate that I just said that but that's what it has come to.
Do ALL dry cleaners (at least in West LA) have to pass a test to be LIARS & CROOKS????
I am so over it that I think venting on yelp might help me just get this off my chest and move on. My last dry cleaning experience was so bad (not here) that I never vented and I just stayed away from dryer cleaners for the past 2 years. My first step when purchasing anything new is to see if it is dry clean only and if it is - it goes back on the rack - period!

I so rarely dry clean, but when bf got a new jacket it was a must! We got this coupon in the mail, and it's in our neighborhood, so I gave it a try.
Thanks to the 50% off coupon, the normal $15 price to clean his new wool jacket ended up being $7.50. I guess that's a good deal!
Easy free parking in the lot, and the jacket was clean and spiffed up two days later - just as the weather started turning colder.
