Dupont's Service Center was founded in 1961. We have grown to become one of the largest independent auto repair facilities in New Hampshire. The business is currently owned and operated by David P. Dupont, founder Edward Dupont's youngest son. Dupont's was the NH 2010 AAA Shop of the Year. Dave is assisted by Manager, James Ellis and a professional staff of Service Advisors and Technicians.
We employ seven ASE certified technicians, four of which have earned the coveted L1 advanced certification. Subaru, Honda and Chrysler Master Technicians are also on staff. Locating our service center is very easy. You can always give us a call at 603-742-8627 anytime for assistance in directions, or you can use any of the information below to help you. Take Exit 8W off from the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16), and drive about 1.0 mile on Route 155. Take a right onto Sumner Drive.
A recent survey by Care Care Council discovered: 89% of vehicles were in need of a least one service or repair. These service will vary in cost depending on your vehicle. Your owners manual will have a maintenance section that identifies when to perform routine maintenance. If routine maintenance is ignored, it usually costs more money to maintain your vehicle.
If your car's air conditioning isn't working like it should, don't worry. Dupont's can solve the problem. Our Certified Technicians for Auto AC Repair, AC Service, and Auto Heating Systems have maintained and repaired many types of automobile air conditioning systems. From condensers, evaporators, seals, and hoses, we can repair your car's air conditioning problems today!
This could mean your brakes need to be adjusted or that your brake pads are worn and need replacement. This either indicates that your brake fluid is getting low, or you have a leak in your brake line. Get it inspected. Your brake pedal going all the way to the floor can be caused by a number of reasons.
Anti-freeze is a component to your coolant system, it prevents your coolant from freezing. As discussed on the Air-conditioning page, the engine doesn't actually make cold air, instead it takes the heat out of the engine and uses it for your A/C. This is often a dirty cabin air filter that is resulting in this unpleasant odor.

By far the most friendly, honest, and most importantly the least “salesy/pushy” auto shop I’ve ever been to. All of the staff is helpful and a pleasure to speak with.
They also offer an extremely frequent shuttle service to take you home or to your job at no additional cost! Talk about going above and beyond!
I will give a special shoutout to Chris, which is who I mainly work with. Super nice guy that goes above and beyond. He is very honest about what repairs are needed ASAP and which repairs can wait.

I am a Domino’s driver currently, and when my radiator began to leak, my boss recommended me to these guys. While it seems they do good work, for my situation specifically, I dealt with some issues getting the job done. First of all, the radiator was ridiculously expensive, despite the OE option being available on RockAuto for $150 less. I wasn’t able to find out why this was the case. Secondly, after driving my car off, I found that the top transmission cooler line on the radiator was leaking, but the people couldn’t get me back in right away, even though that was part of the job. I've had nothing but good experiences here. I typically prefer a shop where you talk directly to the mechanics, but in my experience with Dupont's, I've found the service writers to be very professional, highly knowledgeable, and the service timely. Will continue to come here as long as I live in the area.

After moving to the area, I was worried that I would have trouble finding a reliable repair shop. Thankfully, I was fortunate enough to find Dupont’s and could not be happier. As someone who admittedly does not know much about cars, a member of the Dupont’s always takes time to explain what work they’ve done to the car and what to expect should there be an issue in the future. Each member of their team is kind and courteous and makes you feel like you’ve known them for years. Most importantly, you can trust them to be transparent and reliable when working on your car. If you do not mind issues with your car being missed, or having the work incomplete, the owner yelling at you when you contact them for their mistake, bring it on down to Dupont's!
I was looking for a new mechanic after 6 years of leasing cars. I read all the reviews, thinking this garage sounds fantastic. I had bought a used vehicle, wanted a full look over, the staff was very pleasant, I received notification on what needed to be repaired, which to my surprise wasn't much. Apparently a few things were "overlooked" I spoke to the owner, if you want to do that, do not expect to get a word in,

My daughter was visiting briefly from out of town, She needed new tires, an oil change and a mysterious vibration researched. When I called, I got a real human being.. who was able to get her an appointment quickly. Once in the shop, the staff took care of everything. Their communications regarding the vehicle while in their hands was fast/efficient.. as well as their service. Excellent on all fronts.
