We believe in continuing education-- we are constantly learning and updating our services so we can tailor treatments to what's right for you! We equip you with the knowledge you need to make empowered choices for yourself. As an all-women team, we love connecting with our patients to establish long-standing relationships.
We take the time to get to know you so we can give you the best recommendations and treatments. BOTOX(R) Cosmetic, Dysport(R), and Jeuveau(R) are nonsurgical treatments known as "neuromodulators" that minimize fine lines and moderate to severe wrinkles of the face, most commonly the brow or frown lines.
Only some treatments can be booked online. These include injectable treatments for existing clients, as well consultations for CoolSculpting and HydraFacials for both new and existing clients. If you're unsure of what treatment to book, give us a call! Our helpful staff is well-trained and can explain the difference between treatments, or book a consultation for you with one of our stellar practitioners, who will be able to answer any questions.

Okay first of all, love the heck out of this place. All the nurses and staff are amazing, the spa is super clean and they offer a fantastic range of products to meet whatever your needs may be. From fillers to skincare, they've got you covered. Also, Elizabeth is super awesome if you need fillers she's the one.

It took me a while to get the courage to make the call to set up an appointment... Well the woman who answered the phone was very friendly... I was very disappointed to hear they are not taking on new clients. They were willing to do a consultation however it had to be in the middle of the day via zoom and I work full-time. I guess they're just looking for a retired folks now. I called because of the great reviews... Lesson learned. If anyone has any reputable places to refer... Please let me know... Ones that are open for people that work for a living... Lol

Just had my first hydrafacial done at infinity with Hollie. She was super friendly and sweet. The entire staff at infinity is great. My hydrafacial was amazing. My skin looks and feels much better, clearer, smoother. Hollie recommended a few products for my skin and I'm so excited to try them out. I had also seen Dr. Messina for a Botox consult and she was informative, calming and very nice. I am looking forward to getting more treatments done here in the future.

Idk about this place. I've been twice so far for Botox based on one of my employees recommendation. Once in October with Dr Messina and yesterday with with another Dr. and the experiences couldn't be more opposite.
The first visit I arrived I called from the parking lot as requested and was told someone would be out to get me. I was picked up and taken to the exam room and Dr Messina was right in. She explained everything as it was my first time getting Botox , got to work injecting 21units and I was in and out in 15 mins. Minimal pain, no bruising.

I was very excited to get Juvéderm lip fillers done i have been looking into it for a long time. I booked an appointment with Dr Messina. I let her know my goals were to enhance the shape of my Cupid's bow and focus most of the products in the middle. I was looking for a pouty lip and she did exactly that!

This was my second experience with dr Messina she’s got talent💯! This time I got cheek fillers lift also laugh lines around mouth filled I must say the staff is so kind I suffer from anxiety but there understanding an have tricks to help ease through the process ok so I’m day 2 no bruising no anything just a tight feeling in my face and I really look great i really am glad I found this place because now getting old isn’t so scary lol

I am beyond impressed with the type of care I recieved. Especially Dr. Messina, she is an amazing Doctor. She answered all my questions thoroughly and truly felt that she was giving me the best advise on treatment options. I knew going in exactly what treatment I was looking to get, but also wanted to get her opinion on a different procedure for the same issue. I felt that she truly gave me her honest opinion on what would be best for me and my budget. I look forward to going back for my next treatment. The entire staff is AMAZING!

AMAZING!! Is how I would describe my experiences with Elizabeth RN at Infinity Wellness. She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and gentle. I have been fortunate enough to have had several procedures with her at Infinity ranging from Botox & Filler to laser hair removal. Elizabeth takes her time to know exactly what you want and executes just that. She makes the experiences comfortable and the results are awesome. I leave her and the spa feeling fantastic.

This is a hidden gem in Vallejo. We love Melissa, the RN. We had benefited from her expert care before and loved finding her here. The receptionist was so polite and so helpful. Getting an appointment was easy and hassle free. The Dr came in and talked with us, and we were taken great care of, better than a spa in San Francisco. They actually spent time with you. You will live this place, and they gave me great suggestions. I am not wanting to look like I'm trying to look 21. I'm 60 and just want a fresh look. Botox was a great investment. Thank you

This review is for Haley! My mother is true only one I usually trust with my injectables. I was looking for someone I could feel comfortable with to administer my botox and voluma. Haley was exceptional. #1 She listens to you, and empathizes with the patients need and concern. #2 she is skilled and aware of blood vessels, draws back properly on there syringe to determine she is not in a vessel. Dr. Messina is excellent. She always spends extra time explaining my options and potential cost of treatments. She helps me choose the treatment that is the best option for me, not the most expensive or profitable one for her practice. Her expertise and honesty is such a rarity nowadays. I lost 15 lbs on HCG with Elan. 7 in the first 3 days. They do paired with a slim shot and b12 and appetite suppressants etc. This location offers HCG injections and orally with no b12,slim, or appetite suppressants. I choose injections. After 12 days, I only lost 1 pound. The doctor was very fast as responding to my emails, and phone calls. After 15 days, she suggest I come in and go over my eating journal and give me 23 complementary injections so I can not waste my money.
My 23 days we up on 12/31. On 12/29 I called again, and spoke with the Doctor. She did not offer any complementary 23 days
