Hands down! Best customer service, not sure if it was the pizza he was enjoying or the motivational speaking he had playing throughout the store!!!!! But either way. I’m all for pizza and a good speech. Oh yeah the phone, okay so we originally called another company two days in a row and they played CRAZY… crazy enough they recommended MIAMI VICE. The moment I walked right in he immediately no question started on the phone.!!!! Definitely the place to fix phones when your in Miami Beach….

I broke my iPhone’s screen about 6 weeks ago via water damage. I went to Miami Vice because the Apple Store was closed due to COVID-19 and Miami Vice was the only place with screens for my iPhone.
I got my screen replaced (paying less than I would have at Apple). About two week later the screen started to fritz out so I took it back and they replaced it because it was a bad screen.
Fast forward four weeks and the second replacement is also on the Fritz. I go Miami Vice again and I’m told that the previous owner is gone and I can pay another $200+ to have my screen replaced. No thanks.

I feel so lucky to have found this place. My iPhone X screen had completely shattered in south beach and I quickly took it to Hot line bling wireless. Not only are they fair and really good at what they do but they are also personable, friendly and most importantly in a city like ours, they are kind!
