Word of warning some of the Pictures of the store front might be an old location. They are located in the left hand corner of the plaza as you pull in.
This guy literally saved my whole week of work. He saw me within 90 mins and finished all the work the same day. The price was less than $100!!!!! If I remember correctly, this repair was on a Saturday too. I can not over emphasise how much I support this business. They saved a week of my work, saw me quickly, did not over charge and there just is nothing in the area that is equivalent. Geek squad was not giving me any time frame to even look

These guys are great. Had an issue where my computer stopped recognizing the hard drive, and didn't boot up, which was a major problem as I was working remotely, and not in my home city. Found this shop on Google and went first thing in the morning. The team recognized the urgency, and were able to diagnose the problem - turned out it was a dirty connection to the hard drive. They cleaned it out, put the laptop back together, and the laptop turned on and started working again. All in all the team here was able to avert a panic situation and resolve it effectively. My Dell XPS 15 laptop is my workhorse computer and was completely dead (no sound, no lights). I took it to a shop near me and they told me it was an issue with the motherboard which would cost me hundreds for just the materials. I found Inside Laptops on Google and decided to give them a shot, even though they are located far from me. Alfredo was very professional and explained to me in much detail what he could possibly do. I don't know how he did it but my laptop is running good as new and possibly better than ever. The best part is I didn't even pay half of what the cost of just a motherboard

I needed my laptop battery to be replaced -- I had bought a battery and started the process myself and got stuck -- and Jorge saved the day for me! I called ahead and he was able to attend to me right away. Jorge was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I was on my way within minutes and at a very reasonable price. I recommend Inside Laptops very highly. One tip: parking is tight in the shopping center, so park in the first non-restricted place you see!

I have very bad experience to try to fix my laptop, when you be there they charge you $69 and told you that max will be $250, then that told me will charge me $250, and they find two problem , one of them is battery , I told them I will charge battery by myself , how much will cost , they said $170, They said if you don't want to fix , they just put back everything as before , I went back to the store to pick up my laptop and they are not return $69 , they said that is service , I bring back my laptop to home and try to analyze and just cost $10 buy connection part from amazon and fix my laptop

I had spilled coffee on my laptop and wasn't sure it could be saved. I was in a panic as this took place during the quarantine, I was working remote so I highly depended on my laptop and many places were closed. These guys repaired the motherboard of my computer promptly and they had my laptop ready for pick up the following day. As all Apple Stores are currently closed, I was desperately searching for a place to fix my MacBook that crashed all of sudden. While all other non-authorized repair stores required the MacBook to be dropped off for more than 24 hours, InsideLaptops was able to see me right away and fixed it in 3 hours!!! By far a great experience here at InsideLaptops. What I needed to be replaced was the entire screen with LCD Touch monitor for my Yoga laptop. I messaged them for an estimate ($250 for labor & parts) and got that response in less than an hour. I was given an option to get the screen shipped over night to have it done the next day (cost was extra) but I chose to just do regular shipping (included in original estimate). I was able to bring in laptop to confirm the part needed, paid for my balance and was then able to take my laptop home which was great since I needed to do work on it. I was told

Alfredo is the man! Thanks to him my friend was able to have both her Mac Pro and iPhone 6 fixed in half a day. Unfortunately, bad things do happen even when one is on vacation, but luckily I found this place through my Yelp search, and it worked out wonderfully. They also had the best price after I shopped around to at least 5 other stores. If I have any other laptop problems, which I hope I don't any time soon, I will definitely be coming back!

Before reaching InsideLaptops, I visited a closer place near Wynwood and they treated me really poorly, my laptop was not getting power so I simply asked them for a charger to discard that possibility and they said they did not have it available (after originally saying that I did not need to leave mine); and then after I explained that I needed to revive the computer ASAP, they said it would take 2-3 days to review and then it could take up to one more week. So, when I mentioned they were being rude to a customer and I would leave, they said, "yes, I think it's better if you leave"
