My center is located in the heart of Beverly Cove. We are on a quiet, tree lined street that lends a peaceful, calm and serene environment to the learning and development of the children in my care. We are one block from Cove Playground and two blocks from Lynch Park! At Cove Childcare/Preschool, it is my privilege to accompany children as they start their journey of growth and exploration.
I take pride in my center and promote a "love of learning" atmosphere. I am a get-on-the-floor, hands-on teacher. My philosophy is based on a nurturing curriculum. The curriculum I use is based on the Massachusetts Department of Education's Curriculum Frameworks. Most importantly, each child will have an age-appropriate, individualized lesson plan.

Services
I never claim perfection which is actually wonderful, that being said, it leaves more room to grow as a provider! Each year I enroll in more classes than expected to improve the quality of the programs I offer here at Cove Childcare/Preschool. I want the children to feel loved, seen and safe here. Most importantly, I want them to be happy and look forward to coming back the next morning!
Each child that is enrolled in my program is treated with lots of love and respect. As a mother, I always want what is best for my child and I treat my childcare children the same. The biggest part of a social and emotional development is forming strong relationships with others. At Cove Childcare/Preschool, your child will be making some of their very first friends and discovering many new and exciting things.
I have known Miss Andrea and her family for 20 years, she happens to be one of my favorite people on the planet. She is one of the kindest most caring souls I know. She loves every child she cares for as they were her own. Our 2-year-old son has been enrolled with Andrea for a year now. We couldn't be happier with the quality of care he is receiving.
If anyone other than the parent or legal guardian is picking up your child, I must be notified ahead of time. If at all possible, I would like to meet them prior to this occurring. I will also require proof of identity at the time of pick up. I practice a preventative, not punitive, policy when it comes to discipline.
