I called on a Monday and Julio said he could get to my place that afternoon to fix my dryer. He showed up at promised time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the parts from the truck and took care of it under and hour. I would definitely recommend him and will certainly use Thx

Came on time, worked efficiently, problem solving my front loaded washing machine issue, carry their insurance & license with them and, cleaned up after themselves and all in a congenial manner. I will be calling them again if needed, and will pass on to friends that ask. 5 stars.

Good experience with this company. They were punctual, in fact they were able to come earlier than the window given on the initial day and the next day when he returned with the part needed to complete the job. They called me both times to see if earlier was okay which I appreciated.

Waking up to a broken refrigerator was not pleasant. I went on G and read reviews which looked good so I called. From making the appointment, to having same day service, and an amazing technician named Jerrold all was great!! I would recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

Repairman does an amazing job with repair and more importantly customer service. He isn't kidding about same day service. He fixed my dishwasher, and several months later came back for free to fix a barely related issue on the same machine. nice to work with, punctual, and very fair rates. Hard to beat that level of service.

Today I had my LG French door refrigerator serviced by this Appliance company. Joesph, the technician called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and arrived within the 4 hour window I was given when I made the appointment. He was professional and very courteous. He had good advice and helpful suggestions regarding our appliances. I would recommend him and the company to others.
