Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Horrible job, misdiagnosed my refrigerator, took almost 2k on total repairs and less than 1month later same problem! No refund was issued. Highly don't recommend his services to anyone and I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau

Excellent Service. I called Daniel concerning a refrigerator problem. He responded immediately and was at my location within the hour. He diagnosed the problem, made repairs with parts he had in his van, ordered additional parts and was back out the following week to make final repairs. The refrigerator is now working Great!

Awesome service! I called yesterday for a washing machine repair. Daniel immediately answered and was available same day. Analyzed my washer and needed to buy the parts. Came back first thing in the morning and immediately fixed our non draining washing machine. I highly recommend this service. You'll be lucky to get Daniel!!

My fridge decided it was time to stop cooling, so I thought that it was time for a new one. Before heading to the store, I decided to give VLD a call. Within a couple of hours, he was at the house and knew LG equipment very well. He guessed that it would be one of two things and after doing the testing, it proved him correct. A few minutes later, my fridge was back to doing it's job!!

My refridgerator all of a sudden stop working, Call VLD Service Appliance Repair, and spoke with Daniil, explained what was going on and he was able to come out, and on that the same day. He diagnosed my refrigerator and gave me options on how to proceed. I agreed with his assessment. He was able to order and picked up the parts needed, and compete the necessary repairs, all with in about 2 1/2 hours. Everything working perfectly, highly impressed.
My ice maker had stop working some time ago , so I also asked Daniil , since he was going to do the repair can he replace the ice maker as well? Again

He's serviced my dishwasher, gave me advice and took the time to really do an incredible job. He remembered me from previous job on my dishwasher and even gave me sound advice as to how to clean it. Daniel is amazing! I found Daniel, VLD, a few years ago and each and every time he is needed at my home he completes the work in record time. His skills never disappoint. He is wonderful at explaining everything, BEFORE he does the work. He gets back to his customers immediately and does way beyond in trying to accommodate a time that is best for all. He has done work on my front load washer, front load dryer and my range hood. He also gives you very helpful hints on how to be more preventative! Call Daniel!

Daniel is amazing! After having problems with my refrigerator for a month, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and got me and my family's fridge up and running.
He made appointments and was always early. He even cleaned the back of the fridge for us. I would highly recommend Daniel and VDL.

I have a home warranty through sears and was referred to VLD. They figured out the problem and ordered the parts they needed. I got a text a few days later saying the there was a problem ordering the parts and it would take longer than expected. I then got a call from them saying that the problem was fixed. The morning of the appt. when they were going to install the parts, the repairman showed up at my house and said he had the wrong parts. I was understandably upset. The repair man said it was not his fault and was very rude. I then had to call Sears to find out what was going on and they said

DO NOT USE...I was sent this company through my home warranty to fix my fridge. To make a long story, over month later and many visits by Daniel, my fridge is still not working. I had another company come out to tell me Daniel installed my compressor incorrectly. Daniel refuses, to fix the compressor he installed. Now I am paying an actual LG certified Tech, to fix his mistakes. Do yourself a favor, and go with another appliance repair company.
P.S. He also smells like cigarettes and would stink up my kitchen.

Dishwasher broke on a Saturday, called 2 separate appliance companies that couldn't get out to me till Monday with high service calls. Called VLD because they were located near Irvine, and I am so glad I did. Was at my house in 30 min from placing the call. Was polite and new what he was doing. Dishwasher was fixed in under an hour and the price was more than fair. Just found my go to Appliance Tech, and I encourage you to do the same, VLD Magnet is up on the Fridge :)
