Michael strikes again. Second deal he has closed for me in just a few months now.
The first lender I tried getting a loan through was a nightmare to deal with. Michael recommended the right lender to get the job done, held off the sellers for having to extend the closing almost a month, and was insanely positive throughout.
Michael had noooo worries at all that the deal would close. He helped me greatly while I was in Europe for 2 weeks. Again, I'd never work with anybody else. Hopefully the third is coming soon Michael, get ready.
