This company scammed us. Our contact was Michael Stricklin. Took money for a job he never finished. Poor communication, hardly responds to texts and never answers the phone. Always has an excuse for everything. Our house was damaged in the Oct 2020 hurricane and there's still damage that hasn't been fixed. We paid them to do other work as well since we were having that construction done anyways. They were supposed to replace the flooring in the bathrooms, among other things. Literally just left the material at my house.

We had our roof replaced last week by Mobile Roofing. Insurance was requiring us to replace the roof to maintain our policy, so we were under a time crunch. I contacted Mobile Roofing on Wednesday evening, got a call back from Billy Thursday morning, and had a (very competitive) quote by Thursday at noon. He made a second trip out to our house that evening to meet/speak with my husband so that we would both feel fully informed.
He was very thorough when explaining what would be done and was professional, yet personable. We looked at other options, but no one had the customer service or responsiveness

Billy was awesome from start to finish! He was very responsive and knowledgeable. During the installation he sent me a ton of pictures so I had piece of mind knowing that my roof was installed properly from the base up! Can’t recommend them enough!

Totally recommend Mobile Roofing! Michael S. Could not have made this entire process any easier. He was professional, courteous, and ALWAYS returned my calls or texts. He kept us in the loop as to what was… going on and went out of his way to get what we wanted, even though it was tough to get supplies after Hurricane Sally!! My Wife and I were greatly satisfied with the job we received from Mobile Roofing . We got a quote from Billy McLain , he Did a great job of explaining their Process . We chose Mobile Roofing for our home . When the job started Billy McLain kept us in a Group text and Pictures of the job being done . They started Early and completed the job in a day .
