Laser hair removal is a permanent method of hair reduction. The procedure consists of destroying the hair follicle through absorption of the laser's light. First, I'd like to say that I did not have a bad experience at Laser Remedy. My technician was Larissa, she is a gem and I would highly recommend her. I purchased 2 packages for laser hair removal, once in 2016 and again in 2020. The first package was 6 sessions, with the 7th session free. The targeted areas were: full stomach and Brazilian. The results were great a few weeks after my sessions ended. However, about 3 months later, my hair growth was back to normal.

This place is phenomenal! My friend discovered them a few years ago for laser hair removal and I’m so glad I took her word and tried them out myself. They’re clean, gentle, reasonably priced and the staff is always kind and welcoming. I completed a package of 6 sessions in early November and have had no need to shave at all since. I have been telling all my friends and family to come here for hair removal and will continue to be a loyal customer myself!

I went into Laser Remedy MedSpa to get cheeks injections and the Dr. did what he wanted instead and the staff was rube when. I paid by calling me cheap. I paid chose to 1000 and the Dr did a horrible job. I went to other places and they can't see where the Dr. Francis gave me what, I paid for. Also they will lye about what he gave you and this was horribly done.

Came in for Botox with Dr. Francis today. Upon entry I was greeted by two welcoming receptionists. They took care of me right away and I was quickly escorted back by Nina who by the way is amazing! She made me feel super comfortable and assured me everything was going to be ok since I was nervous about it being my first time. She joked with me and calmed my nerves immediately. This one-star review is based solely on Dr Francis unprofessional behavior during the short 10 minutes of my visit. When he came into the room, he said that I had been concerned with the area around my eyes the last time I was in so should we address it. I replied that I wasn't concerned, and my focus was primarily my forehead. I asked if not doing my eyes would make my forehead results less effective? he said no, but I think your crows feet are worse than your forehead. He then started saying he could put this much in one area, and this much in another area, throwing numbers around like

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! I am a forever client. The staff is lovely and professional and I am obsessed with my results. I received Botox and Juvederm. Laser Remedy is fantastic! I snatched a great package deal (they seem to offer deals frequently) and had four sessions prior to the lockdown. After the fourth session, I was already seeing results in the reduction of hair growth. As soon as the salon was given the green light to reopen, I was called to book an appointment and returned today for my fifth session. Parking is easy as there's usually free spots right out front. The Doctor was great. Dr. Francis, loved him! He did Botox on my forehead lines and he did a great job of listening to what I wanted without encouraging me to do more. Fast, easy, and the results are great! My only issue is with the assistant who took me back. I've never received Botox from a "MedSpa" so I was unsure if you were supposed to tip. So I asked when I was finished "do people usually tip?". The lady at the front desk said no not for Botox. Very happy with this place so far. They have done juvederm in my lips and botox in my forehead and upper lip (lip flip) and I am about to request my third appointment. They make you feel really comfortable and will gladly take the time on the phone and in person to discuss a plan and share insights with you. So happy with the results I got on my legs. It's such a relief not having to worry about the gross amount of hair I use to have. Going to get my Brazilian next! Larissa is great and does a wonderful job. Love that they offer moscato while you wait, but the wait is never long so chug that moscato! I will say the couches in the lobby need replacing. Other than that the place is fantastic. Love coming here.
