I should have heeded other reviews about the unfriendly, unhelpful office staff. They found my insurance card (coverage that includes dental) very confusing, and said "this is a medical plan, not a dental plan" - told me I would have to find where/how to bill before the dentist could see me. I very nicely said, "This is not working for me" and left. There are lots of other dentists around!

Dr. Allen answered my call on the emergency line and gave me the 1st available appointment. He removed 2 teeth very quickly and painlessly. His professional demeanour was nice, and the front office staff were friendly and helped to ease my fear. All around good experience for a new patient in pain.

The dentist is great but front office staff is INCREDIBLY rude and will give you all sorts of issues. Don't bother. There are many other dentist out there who have polite and courteous staff.

The dental hygienist is very nice and did a good job cleaning my teeth. However, Dr. Allen never saw me or spoke to me and the billing was a huge pain. Had to fight the billing ladies to get them to bill my insurance. And they refused to call Delta Dental to get my insurance information, and Delta Dental would not send it unless the dentist office asked for it. I was in a catch 22. I will not be returning.
