Services
Water is a useful utility in commercial and residential properties. However, it causes unprecedented damages should it spill to unwanted areas. You can depend on the services we offer at SERVPRO of Williamson County to restore your Brentwood property to a preloss state after water damage. Most people do not know just how common water damage events are, and during the winter months, the risks of water damage increase greatly.
When storms happen, they leave widespread damage in commercial and residential properties. As the winter weather begins to settle in, the risks of storm damage continue to increase. Freezing temperatures, heavy snowfall, and ice can all contribute to damaging your property. We have extensive experience dealing with major storms including Sandy and Harvey so we understand how unique each event can be.
Local and state laws may require a specific inspection and documentation protocol based on the size of the affected area. We can advise you on this process, providing guidance based on your unique situation. Downtown Franklin prides itself as an oasis of Southern hospitality, and Williamson County has the reputation as one of the highly desirable suburban locations to live in the state.
Here at SERVPRO, we have to remember that a mold job is just a water damage job that has been left for too long. Molds are very common in buildings and homes in Franklin, TN. Mold will grow in places with a lot of moisture, such as around leaks in roofs, windows, or pipes, or where there has been flooding.
Since microscopic mold spores exist naturally almost everywhere, indoors and outdoors, removing all mold from a home or business is impossible. Many restoration businesses advertise "mold removal" and even guarantee to remove all mold. This is a fallacy. We understand mold and mold growth. SERVPRO of Williamson County has the training and expertise to remediate the mold in your home or business.

My carpets looked horrible and I thought I would have to replace them. I took a chance on StanleySteemer and it paid off. A Beautiful job. The men were on time and used their time wisely. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend SyanleySteemer. You won't be disappointed. Thank you!!

Eddie, George, Carlos and Andy handled our flooding in our upstairs. We came home after a week vacation with the kids and grands and faced the nightmare of an exploded water heater. Thanks to all you guys who helped to rescue our home. Talk about communication! These guys always called and showed up when they said they would be here.

My downstairs flooded in March 2021. Servpro came out and did the mitigation. I chose them because they are popular. However they did not remove all the drywall or flooring that had been wet. all touched by "category 3 water" They stated whoever is doing the renovation can remove the rest of the removal ( drywall, flooring , door casing ) they did not clean well at all. This is unacceptable...The slogan is a lie. My deep freeze was also unplugged without care, to run a fan, I did not realize until 5 days later.... I will never use servpro or recommend servpro again.
Update: 8/11/21
1. Techs unplugged

Had a small issue in the house and called them to get a quote. A technician came over and looked at the damage. I was told I would be getting a call back with the quote and scope of work but over a month later still haven’t received any phone call/email. Is it common business practice to have customers chase vendors? Be professional!

Great prompt and courteous service.
Revised - first comment is for the team that came to the house, they were great. The back office and ownership though have severe deficiencies in their process as it should not take multiple days and follow ups to get an invoice. Still waiting after a week to get this resolved.
Revised - they finally got the invoice but only after I posed the negative review. and requested I update it now that it was resolved.

Our experience with ServPro was great. We had water damage in our home from a leaking appliance. ServPro responded to our call immediately and came within hours ready to mitigate the damage. Justice and his crew did an excellent job controlling and monitoring the damage.
