We do Private Property Towing. You must purchase signs from us, fill out a private property contract, and have the signs posted for 72 hours before vehicles can be removed. The driver for Connollly's said "we will take care of everything."
I unfortunately let him tow my car to Connolly's instead of
my house. Connolly's, of course, charges for storing the car
on its lot. Luckily, my insurance paid for it. However, I should
have told him to take it to my house. I had no choice as far as
a towing company. Arvada police automatically call Connolly's.

WORST TOWING CO EVER.
I was in-between jobs when my brakes went out and recked my van. Because I could not afford car insurance at that time and living in my van the Arvada police impounded my van. When I attempted to call this company to make arrangements I was not received well. When the lady on the phone found out I didi not have insurance/ living in van temporality she became very nasty with my demanding I pay her over 2000.00 in cash immediately or she would have my car crushed. She threatened that if I did not pay her before getting off the phone she would crush the car. She would not

We recently had a car accident, which totaled our favorite Honda Element. I headed into Connolly's, obviously upset and in a horrible mood due to our circumstances. When I walked in, I was greeted with such genuine kindness and empathy for our situation. The gals at the window(Katrina and her daughter) are so helpful and friendly. Explained my options clearly and made my day seem alot better and reminded me of how much worse things could've been. The lot tech(I don't know his name) who took me to get my belongings out of my car was one of the kindest humans I've ever met. Please

I haven't had to use Connolly's for a while. My RV broke down on Kenosha pass Friday night. I called them to see if they could go up and get it. I didn't want to go back up because I got home at 3 am Saturday, I was beat. I had to take my keys to them no big deal. Everyone was great there. I will definitely call them if need again.

Very professional, very courteous. Unfortunately, whenever a tow truck is needed, it's not going to be a good day, and today was one of those days for my niece.
As anyone knows, that lives in Colorado. If you don't like the weather, stick around a couple hours, and it will change. Well yesterday it was upper 60's, and early this morning it snowed. With that being said the roads were really icy this morning.

Fast, friendly and professional. I've had the opportunity to deal with this company twice and both experiences where easy. We all have an idea as to what tow truck companies are. They don't fit the stereotype. I called a different company when my truck broke down and they were rude and it seemed like I was inconveniencing them with my business. When I called Connolly's it was the complete opposite of the other company. The girl that answered the phone made the process fast, easy and painless. I will definitely recommend them.

Was charged by the hour to go six miles. Driver said they charge from the time they get the call till the time they drop off. After receiving call driver drove by me 35mins. later. He came back 15mins. later and said he didn't know my car was the car. I got charged $262.50 to hook up and go 6 miles.

So thankful for the amazing team here! We called around 4:30p after learning that our previously stolen motorcycle was impounded there. We live about an hour away and were told they closed at 5:30p, we asked if it was okay to try to make it in and they said absolutely. Once we arrived, they said they were hoping we would make it in and that they were going to wait an extra 5 for us anyways. That meant the world to us. We were helped Adam and a super sweet blonde girl ((I forgot to ask her name). They were fast, and had answers to all of our questions. If you ever need help I highly recommend them

I was in a car accident recently and my car found its way to Connolly's. The front office staff were quick and efficient. They were clear with what paperwork we needed to bring with us and the person who escorted us into the yard to collect our belongings was polite and courteous. These guys are pros at helping folks who find themselves in stressful situations and are quick to resolve problems.

I was recently in an accident that may have totaled my car. Richard came on the scene. And for that industry, based on my life experience, I was so pleasantly surprised! He was in uniform, clean cut, and polite. But it didn't stop there. He gave me my options and answered my questions very patiently. Additionally he was compassionate, as he could tell I was shaken up from the ordeal. He looked me in the eyes and said the main thing is that you are all right because the car can be replaced, and he is so right! Our health and quality of life is so precious. I had an episode with my car today that either needed a mechanic or a tow or both. After I spent most of the day troubleshooting with no success, I finally checked to see if my car insurance included roadside service. It did, I called, and I was introduced with this 5 star company.
1. Attempted Jumpstart -- No Avail
2. About to tow, the guy went out of his way to help troubleshoot. He checked and tightened a few possible culprits and Voila
3. He even went out of his way to stabilize my defective hood latch until I got home
If all of the employees are like the guy that helped me, do not hesitate
