This is the first time I have wished there were more than 5 stars! This mom and pop store is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and stayed past their closing time to make sure we left satisfied and happy! For starters, they even have a little toy chest for the kids to look threw and pick a toy while you look around. I can go into details of all the reasons we fell in love with this store but you just need to go check them out yourselves!!! We will for sure only buy from these guys! THANK YOU for a wonderful day! Really pleased

I purchased a new $1000.00 mattress, late last year ,from these guys. Over a short period of time i noticed a bad smell to it .. fermaldahyde like smell.. i called them and said i would try new bedding, pillows, soap, shampoo... called them back and was told the 10 yr. warranty does not cover smell... no refund and no differant bed for me.. i would strongly suggest staying away from these crooks.. i am not giving up and persueing it legally. i was forced to put one star just to post.

My wife and I have been shopping around looking for a mattress. We where so happy we stopped at BoxDrop Maple Grove. The owners Bob And Janet are super friendly and very helpful. The store is very clean and we practiced social distancing. They helped us get the perfect mattress and you can’t beat the prices. Hi my daughter bought a mattress here, VERY helpful people, Bob let her browse and take her time without leaning over and gawking like in other typical stores. but was still available for questions. What you see is what you get, many different price points , and mattress options, staff very helpful an!d laid back, no pressure and a Fraction of the cost at vs other stores. Best of all able to take home same day. They offer teacher discounts and Veteran discounts which she happily took advantage of. Thank you Box Drop Maple Grove

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received at BoxDrop. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. Both Janet and Bob immediately seemed to understand the bed that would accommodate my needs. They presented themselves as very friendly, honest people and I felt no pressure to buy from them. But most importantly, my sister and I really enjoyed the whole experience. We had a lot of just plain fun with them both. When the next bed needs to be replaced in my home, this is where I will go!

First off, this place should have way more reviews and one, if not all should be 5 stars. This mom and pop place is focused on 1 thing, selling you a quality mattress at a reasonable price without pressure. Bob helped me and he is absolutely the person you want. Haven't had a chance to meet his wife but I'm sure she's just as awesome.
There's plenty of floor models to try. And if you're curious he was willing to show us what he had in back. Even moved the mattress from the back to a place we could lay on it to try. If you're not buying a mattress from here you&apos
