Comprehensive musculoskeletal and biomechanical evaluation including pelvic floor muscle assessment. Advanced external and/or internal manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, nerve manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and scar massage.

Rehabilitative Ultrasound Imaging (RUSI) - Hudson Valley Physical Therapy is the only Physical Therapy clinic in Westchester County that currently offers this advanced training tool for pelvic health patients.Therapeutic exercises such as Kegel's, postural re-education, muscle relaxation, core stabilization, home program instruction.

Financial Policies Report

Hudson Valley Physical Therapy is an 'out of network' provider for all other insurances. This means we do not take insurance directly and do not have a contractual agreement with any insurance company. You must pay in full at the time of your visit. Time billed is actual face to face time and treatment with your physical therapist.

Conveniently located on Central Avenue across from the Best Buy-Marshalls-Trader Joe's Shopping Center, we are on the corner of Chatterton Pkwy and Central Avenue. The office has it's own free parking lot. We have free valet parking on the upper level in the event the lower level parking lot is full.

Shop Report

Telehealth or Virtual Health consultations are available with Dr Geri White or Dr Zazu Cioce. Telehealth visits are for you if you have specific questions about your unique issues, pelvic floor concerns or home exercise program. These online consultations are one-on-one so you get the most out of your session from the comfort of your home.

Erin (PT) and Gina (front desk/administrator) are amazing. Gina makes scheduling and dealing with insurance a breeze, and Erin is thorough, patient, and really thinks about all the factors and goes beyond the obvious answers/remedies to treat her patients. Highly recommend this practice!

Exceptional care in so many ways. Dr. Cioce is brillant and guides you the learning and lifestyle change process in a practical and caring way. I've never lacked confidence that I wasn't in exactly the right place and doing a really great program. Could not recommend nearly enough.
