Mobile banking is a service that allows you to perform banking transactions from your mobile device. No. Directions Credit Union mobile banking is free and available to all Directions Credit Union members. This includes, but is not limited to, iPhone, iPad, Android-enabled tablets and Android-enabled smartphones.

Locations Report

During the winter months, any branch located in an Ohio county with a "Level Three Snow Emergency" will be closed. Since Michigan counties do not use the Snow Emergency Levels, any Michigan branch closings will be posted below, next to their branch listing name. If you are not sure if a branch office is open, please call that branch first before venturing out in the weather.

Savings & Certificates Report

Certificate investment options range from 3-month to 60-month terms with a $500 minimum deposit. Every Directions member starts with a Member Share Savings account. This membership level account is easy to get started and maintain, and with it you can take advantage of other Directions products and services.

My wife and I absolutely love getting Alyssa as our teller. No offense to any other worker, but she is our favorite. She is awesome, polite and quick! We appreciate her service very much. If u need a transaction plan on waiting a hour smh if ur going to shut down inside banking at least find a way to move drive thru along faster! Line all the way to the street and 15-20 mins to get every single car taken care of.🤬

Worst bank over ever had. Doesnt post transactions on time. Pulls the money days later. Throws your account negative just to hit you with fees. Says theres issues with places like Venmo, but you can get your money instantly through cash app. It doesnt make sense to me when their all the same. I've had money come up missing and things never adding up. Closed my account and will never be back.

If i could rate this 0 stars i would they have the worst customer service ever. the lady cussed me out and called me an idiot. i will no longer be banking with this bank. i am switching to Huntington if youre thinking about switching dont. dont waste your time with these rude nasty people

Lady in drive thru wouldn't accept my wife's ID at the Dustin Rd location. So we went to the Perrysburg and they did accept. They were polite and helpful. Oregon branch was rude and unhelpful

Used to love them. Customer service went down the drain (not this particular branch, this was actually one of my favorites, the company as a whole has been awful lately) you would think they would have some heart with covid effecting everyone how it has. Stay away from this credit union.

Used my money to close my account because I wasn't using account regularly..... What kind of business practice is that? They stole $55 from my family. Don't use these thief's!

This is the worse credit union ever do not bank with them they deposited my check then put a hold on it and told me it would be available in 4 days not happy but said ok went back 4 days later and they put another hold on it for 10 days!!!! i cant get my own money out and all my bills are going to be late beware do not bank here

There system goes down ( system outage) a lot causing their customers to not be able to use their debit/credit cards or get to their money. MAJOR issue that I have witnessed MANY times. Its a good bank if you plan on NOT spending your money.

Love this place! Great staff, great location! If you go in asking for help with your finances they don't make you feel stupid for not having a lot of money...it sounds stupid but you wouldn't believe how many tellers feel like they should talk to you depending on the balance in your bank account.
