Master Tech Irrigation

I am very appreciative to Ramon who came by promptly and on time to repair the front and rear sprinkler valves of my house. During the winter some of our lawn sprinklers began leaking water which made little puddles on the sidewalk.
Ramon was able to check the timer, replace 3 very old sprinkle valves, and repair a snapped off sprinkler head in the backyard. Ramon and his crew were also very careful not to disturb nearby plants and shrubbery when doing repair work in tight spaces.

Last Nov, we let go of our gardener who has been managing our yard for the previous few years. I hired Ramon and Master Tech because a couple of my sprinkler zones stopped working, and there were a few problems related to the original installation (done by someone else years ago), which was not done properly in a variety of ways (e.g. cooper and galvanized pipe connections). The installation issue was the underlying cause of some valves going bad, which led to the sprinkler zones not working. He relocated and properly installed new valves, and redid/fixed some of my drip lines. My system now works great!

When he came back to do the repair two days later I was very impressed with his knowledge of irrigation system. He is very methodical and careful in his work. Ramon knows his stuff. Great communication, on time and provided clear solutions in how to improve the irrigation - sprinkler and drip - in my front and back yard. The work was done quickly and the improvements allow me to water my yard more efficiently and with less water waste. I desperately needed an overhaul of my lawn’s irrigation system. My drip system wasn’t properly watering the shrubs, bushes and trees along the perimeter of my property. The sprinkler system in my front yard wasn’t reaching several patches of lawn, resulting in dead spots during the hottest months of the Summer. I had an irrigation leak in my backyard. Scheduled an estimate and Ramon came out quickly and on time. Very good communication. Scheduled the job and he & his crew knocked out the work in about 4 hours - rerouting piping. He even checked my irrigation to make sure everything was working properly.
