Our drip irrigation system delivers water directly to the root zone of the plant, where it seeps slowly into the soil one drop at a time. Almost no water is lost through surface runoff or evaporation, and soil particles have plenty of opportunity to absorb and hold water for plants. The drip system we have designed is highly water efficient and meant to last.
Our spray system utilizes the best and most efficient irrigation materials available on the market today. We put a lot of focus and attention on head to head spray coverage so there are not excessive dry spots in planted areas or on a lawn. Most of the work that we do revolves around the installation of the irrigation system that we have designed.

I recently completed a sizable remodel and needed to expand my irrigation system around the driveway and in a a new courtyard area. As part of the remodel, I'd consulted with a landscape designer to expand the irrigation system and help with plantings. That idea fell flat when the designer had her own ideas and didn't want to hear about any of mine.

Sherman helped me with a major irrigation repair in my yard and thoroughly explained why the problem was occurring, and the options I had to remediate it. Sherman completed the repair in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost, and also sent me photos since I couldn't be onsite for the repair. Sherman is a class act and master of his craft. Sherman and Julio came out quickly this morning to help fix an irrigation problem, and before I knew it, the job was completed (and just in time for sunny weather). I asked for, and recevived, advice on how to improve the system--I need to get the line out from under the house (unsure why it was put there in the first place). I got a quote and Sherman told me where I could get another one so I might compare. I am very pleased and would recommend McKay Irrigation Systems without hesitation.

After hiring Sherman in 2015 to replace my irrigation system, he still makes an annual visit to my home to check on my system and ensure things are in order and leaks are addressed. Mckay irrigation has been fantastic. They installed a new system at our house despite a lot of difficult sections. Sherman McKay was awesome! We communicated by phone with pictures and texts initially so he could assess the problem remotely. He fit me into his busy schedule on the Friday before a holiday weekend because he knew my water had to be shut off until the repair could be made. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
