Westview is a perpetual care cemetery. It is privately owned and operated by Paul Phillips. The cemetery is approximately 2 miles north of Lillington on Highway 421. If I could give even more stars I would! They are simply amazing at what they do. They were always available and made what is a very difficult time as easy and simple as you could hope for. They were so considerate, professional and bent over backwards to help with anything I needed. Harnett County and the surrounding area is so blessed to have Mr. Paul Phillips! He is always giving back to our communities, such as by providing grief counseling, many other much needed services, and also with lots of personal acts of kindness.
