Roma's Pizza is excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant is fun😊 it's cozy& the Servers are great the Owner is a young ambitious man... go there you'll love it 🍕🙋👍💖

New owner and back kitchen cook are racist. This is an extremely dirty business behind closed doors . The previous owner was the same way and didn't respect their employees that's why their always hiring. I've also heard of them paying to have negative reviews removed. Don't support this establishment .

Pizza was disappointing, I used to eat there all the time as a kid, and in my early 20s and it was great pizza... After moving and not eating there for many years I wanted to dine in, and remember how it was when I was a kid... However the pizza was nothing like it used to be, toppings under the pizza, not on top like it used to be, sause didn't taste the same, and the crust over cooked...I wasn't even offered a refill, for 50$ worth of pizza I was very disappointed, and then was bashed on fb for not leaving a tip... I will not return...

I've been coming here for years and have always had good service up until recent. I constantly get hung up on when I try to call in to place an order. When they do answer it's to say that they are closed even though it's way before closing time. I understand that places are short staffed but that doesn't mean that you can display poor customer service.

Had the Italian beef and a mushroom pizza. The quality was amazing. The pizza had a beating crust, crispy and flaky and the inside was soft and slightly chewy. The sauce, you could taste every ingredient, very happy we went with a light topping. The Italian beef was as they described, flavorful, the bun was toasted and just what it should be. I saved their info so when we come back we will visit them again. Clearly a reason they've been around so many years.

Really disappointing. We ordered pizzas and fries with our friends to be delivered. The pizza dough was still raw in the center and the fries came barely cooked, greasy, and lukewarm. My friend called to bring this to their attention and the woman she spoke with was very argumentative. The call was then disconnected. My friend waited to see if someone would call back. When they didn't, she tried calling again. The same woman answered and another friend spoke with her. This friend was hung up on as well. This is extremely unprofessional and not how you treat customers. We are out

Very disappointed. A group of friends and I decided to order from here after seeing good reviews. The pizzas came with raw dough in the middle, and the French fries were barely cooked and in a pile of grease. It took about 45 minutes to get the fries cooked all the way. When I called to discuss this with them, she put me on hold then hung up. I called back and she argued with me basically saying I don't know what she's talking about and hung up on me again. We spent over $100 by the time we paid for the tip. I'm extremely disappointed and would highly recommend going somewhere

I love Roma Pizza! Used to frequent this place back in the 70's and am thrilled that it is still here as I come back monthly to see family and always try to get a Roma pizza. Friendly staff and way better than Albanos. The combo pizza is just right and their chef salad is like an antipasto salad with the homemade Italian dressing. Absolutely agree with other reviews that Roma is under-rated.

Our family has lived in Michigan City for so long and didn't try Roma til this year.... and now we have been once a month since! The thin crust is perfectly crispy and chewy and we love the variety of toppings (best combo we've done so far is pepperoni and pepperoncini peppers!!) and they have good ranch for dipping! Service is always good too. Love it!
