I have called and Talked to Sun Ray Pools multiple times. Both times they told me it was not a big deal to give a quote. The first time the called me back and canceled said they were too busy. This time they called me back and said they do not service my area. Both times the office has assured me that they worked in my area. Just a bad customer experience.

We initially chose Sun Ray Pools over other pool builders based on the time and attention to detail they provided in helping us create the perfect design for our pool and deck. Out of companies we compared, no one else came close in this regard! Three years later and we couldn't be more satisfied. We had roughly 1000 sq ft of decking poured and to this day there are no cracks.
The construction process was seamless as all contractors were scheduled perfectly so there was no lag time between phases of the build. My step father works for a large commercial construction company and even he was impressed

I have been very happy with the performance of Sun Ray Pools in Rowlett. They built our pool close to 3 years ago, and we have enjoyed every minute of it. There have been a few warranty issues with the equipment, and all I had to do was get in touch with Bob and/or Diane, and they took it from there. I would strongly recommend them, and have to several of our close friends, one of which did hire them.

We had our pool built 3 years ago and are very pleased with the final product. We had a couple of issues during the build that were immediately addressed. Since completion we had one issue with our heater this year and it was covered under warranty and fixed in less than 2 days! The pool still looks like it did the day they finished it. I would use them again.
