I truly do not know why you would use any other limo service in the DMV area. I have nothing but incredible things to say about our experience with this company. Tokhi our driver was right on time and was sooo professional throughout the whole night. Wherever we wanted to go, Tokhi took us there safe. Started on U street, toured the monuments and ended up at MGM! There is NO competition with the prices they have to offer, we had 18 friends in the stretch hummer for a surprise party and the limo experience was the best part of the night. Everything about Criwn was superb! The vehicle was high quality and really fun. They were on-time for the event and flexible with execution. The staff and drivers are great communicators. I had booked the Crown Limousine service to take my mother to the airport. They were very responsive and understood my concerns. The driver was very professional and arrived before time. I had an amazing experience with Crown Limo Service! They were easy and reliable throughout the booking process and event! My daughter got to ride in their limo for her birthday and we had the party in the vehicle! It was great! The driver was amazing with allowing us to hop out safely and never missed a beat opening doors for the rowdy girls. It was a wonderful birthday i would recommend to any! Bait & Switch Company: Beware.
Booked 14 pax Hummer. Limo was 30 mins. late, bridal party took Ubers to church. When limo arrived at church, company did bait & switch w/o informing MOB, sent smaller capacity "rolls royce" which was broken down, no airconditioning, barely fit 12 adults, plus the 2 kids had to sit on adult's lap. Do not hire you will stress out on your wedding day.

Picked them out of 8 or 9 options because they were prompt in responses and reasonable in quote. Stretch limo was sleek and clean .... driver impeccably dressed and super polite. Showed up exactly on time. The whole experience was FLAWLESS!!! Definitely using Crown Limo any and every time the need arises!!
