Absolutely the best experience. It started with me interviewing multiple companies to find the best service for my best friends milestone birthday. Rory's customer service was hands down the best. He spent time talking with me about logistics and planning and warning me about possible traffic patterns for us to be on time for our reservations. He was upfront and easy to work with. The day of the event, Dan was incredibly professional and a lovely person. Our dinner ran an hour long and he was right there with a smile and warm greetings. There was no surprise billing and they were extremely accommodating

I made reservations at kind of the last minute for my cousin’s bachelorette party. The owner and I worked out a very good plan for 6 hours on a Saturday evening. Our driver, Dan, took us on a lovely sunset tour of DC. Whenever my cousin wanted to jump out to take some pictures, Dan was able to accommodate us. Not always an easy feat in DC! He also provided us interesting information about the places we were seeing. After our tour, we were driven to National Harbor for a few hours. At the end of our adventures there, Dan picked us up and took us home.

I've travelled the world in my short 68 years and have rented vehicles and drivers from coast to coast. I have found none who can compare with Rory and Daniel. They are simply the best. We were blessed to have Daniel drive use for the day yesterday. Pick up started the day at 0815. We were finally finished at 1615. Daniel was the consummate professional.

Dan at Prestige was phenomenal. We rented a stretch Lincoln for a party of six to tour DC for a full day. He knows how to get you door to door from monuments to museums and great eateries in DC.
Not only were the rates fair and the service excellent, but the limo was pristine and he even provided snacks and insightful suggestions while touring.
Prestige is a gem of a limousine rental outfit. Highly recommended!
