I made an appointment two weeks out as a new patient and when I showed up, no one was there, the office was closed. I called the next day and they said that I must have been mistaken, that they don't take new patients on Thursdays. So I was rescheduled for the following Thursday (?). I was running late for my appointment today so I called to let the office know, only to receive a terrible attitude from the woman over the phone. When I figured out the wheel to my car was stuck and I couldn't turn the ignition, and wouldn't make my appointment I called to let the office know- the woman

I used a groupon to treat my glabella(dysport) and under eyes (restylane) and I was very happy with my results. Usually my eye would have a slight droop because of the wrong dysport placement which I did not experience with Dr.Massa. He.also explained the procedure and as to why I was having issues with my glabella. Overall, a great experience! Staff was friendly amd helpful too.
