The IT knowledge of this team is very impressive. From Mac, Windows, servers to workstation setup support and suggestions is to name a few on the menu. I can't say how many times they've quickly resolved issues for me or coworkers . They are so responsive and have someone over same day, even when we sometimes called because of a last-minute emergency. They not only give a professional interaction but they are friendly and patient.

As someone who is not tech savvy, I was hesitant to contact an it support company. I was surprised to find that MyIT support team were very friendly and extremely helpful. They didn't ask me many questions that I probably don’t know the answer for. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it.

Top notch service, knowledge and care. Impeccable attention to detail. I’m not just talking for the computer/IT space. I stared working with Mina at MyITadmin about a year ago. He right away corrected lots of issues that my previous provider weren’t able to. Mina and his team are very responsive and constantly monitor our servers for any possible issues and make sure it performs at best level possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy company with real experience and knowledge with what they are doing. The free onsite visits were the first reason i decided to try them out but honestly with how amazing the techs are I am happy I gave them a chance! Great customer service and prompt replies are awesome too!
