Kristen Spielman received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South Dakota State University in 1999. She moved to Rochester, MN. That same year ahe began working at the Mayo Clinic. In her almost 20 year career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including medical surgical hospital nursing, pediatric intensive care, telephone triage, diabetes consulting, and aesthetics.
We thoroughly believe that Naturopathic Medicine can play a key role on everyone's journey to ultimate health and wellness. Dr. Litchey-Miller is so amazing! She is so focused on patient education. I always leave her office feeling like I have learned so much about my health and wellness. After horrible side affects with the MS drugs I was taking, I chose to explore a more natural way to deal with my condition. I was recommended, by my general practitioner, to see Dr. Litchy. I have been with Dr. Litchy since then. It was the best decision I ever made! He is so knowledgable about all aspects of our health! Unhealthy gut & many food allergies were exhausting my body so it had nothing left to maintain me with the MS. Dr. Litchy has been educating me along with the treatment. He has helped me to get back sleeping through the night, & is working to regain healthy function to my body

Dr. Margaret has been a huge help regarding some digestive issues I've been experiencing after a couple intense rounds of antibiotics. My MD did some tests to rule out any big issues but didn't offer any suggestions for the everyday discomfort I've been experiencing and just said it would go away over time. Wanting some more concrete answers, I turned to naturopathic medicine. After a couple meetings with Dr. Margaret and some tests, including a food sensitivity test, I finally have answers and know what I need to do to get my digestive health back on track. I would like to say just how much Dr. Margaret Litchy-Miller, N.D. has my total trust and appreciation on how she has treated me and continues to treat me for the internal pain issues I have. When other conventional doctors could not find or help me with the pain and issues in the abdomen, she has been correcting these issues. She is wonderful doctor who TRULY LISTENS to a patient and hears what they need and acts on that and helps them. I will and have recommend to all my friends and family members her service. Dr. Litchey has been fantastic in helping me through a long process of trying to heal my body from the effects of a recently diagnosed auto-immune disease. 2019 was a difficult year for me filled with multiple doctor visits resulting in no answers or help with treatment. It’s frustrating being told you are fine and there is nothing you can do. That’s just not acceptable. Dr. Litchey was recommended to me as he has a background with auto-immune issues. It’s been refreshing to feel confident in a doctor who understands my individual symptoms/causes and who can establish a clear plan of action

My daughter has been experiencing chronic hives since December of 2017. We saw a few pediatricians and an allergist who pretty much just gave up on us. A friend of mine suggested going to Neighborhood Naturopathic after I was experiencing symptoms of adrenal fatigue after the traumatic birth of my first child.
