Natural Family Medicine is located within the Champlin Wellness Center at 11132 Commerce Drive North, Champlin, MN 55316. It is in the suite between Clear Title and Edward Jones. Normal hours will continue for front desk staff to answer phone calls and emails regarding any questions you may have, schedule appointments, and fill supplement orders.
