I googled "Bernina sewing machine repair centers" and the Alma Sewing Center came up. After quite a drive, discovered they only do repairs on 2 types of machines (sorry, I don't recall which types) and don't even sell Berninas. They were very helpful & friendly however...and had a few fantastic embroidery machines!
If you own a Bernina...the only reputable repair center is in Traverse City.

I have been a customer of Alma Sewing Center for about 4 years now and will continue being a customer for a long time. Ken and his team run a fair businesses and you will be hard pressed to find the customer service they model anywhere else. I would recommend Alma Sewing Center to anyone who is looking to up grade their machine or need to get it fixed or is looking to take some sewing lessons.
