Mark was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. Before beginning the practice of law, Mark worked his way through law school as a Legislative Assistant in Oregon from 1999 to 2004. His interest in traffic law was developed while working for a long term member of the Oregon Senate Transportation Committee, Gary George.
Paul graduated from Oak Brook College of Law in 2008. After passing the California bar exam on his first attempt, Paul moved to Minnesota where he managed the revision of a treatise on Minnesota business organization law. He then moved to Bakersfield, California where he worked in business immigration law with the law firm of Eaton & Associates.

Bigger and Harmon is an amazing company. I am a semi truck driver and as all semi truck driver’s know, semi truck drivers are limited to a speed of 55 mph. I’ll admit, I was speeding. Being from the south, our laws aren’t as strict and I’m not accustomed to the California road laws in my truck. I was cited and I was guilty, but I reached out to these guys. These guys fought for me. They fought for months for me. They’d reached their last option to get me out of this ticket, and I received a phone call on December 23rd from the company stating that the ticket, I’d received had been thrown

I’m a truck driver. I received a ticket on I-5 for doing 65mph on a 75mph zone. The California vehicle speed limit for 18 wheelers is 55mph. Even if I had lost Bigger and Harman would have deserved 5 stars. They were always professional and kept me informed throughout the process. They got my ticket dismissed. Thank you Bigger and Harman.
