As a customer I feel like they’re making it unnecessarily hard to get my medicine. If I was prescribed a narcotic and needed someone else to go get it from any pharmacy, all they have to do is show ID. I’m out of town due to a family emergency, and have now run out of my prescription, and they’re offering over the phone visits, but what’s the point in that if you and only you can go get your prescription and it has to be same day? I’m literally flying in for a day just to go to the doctor. Set the flight and everything. Then find out the office isn’t going to be open. It’s ridiculous
