Services
If you're looking for a firm that will focus on your individual needs, and always treat you like a client who matters, look no further. Our firm is large enough to offer a full range of professional services, but small enough to give you the individual attention that you deserve. We will thoroughly and conscientiously study your personal situation, and tailor our advice to your specific needs.
It involves planning to take full advantage of existing law to reduce tax and optimize credits. After filing the the return, we review your tax situation and suggest ways to minimize the tax and maximize benifits. We try to meet with clients at the end of the year to take advantage of tax laws. There are many actions that one can take before the end of the year to reduce tax or increase tax credits.
Audits: If you are under audit from the IRS, I can represent you before the IRS, IRS Appeals and the US Tax court. I can make sure that you do not pay any more tax than you need to. Since I can always take things to a higher lever, there is no need to be afraid to settle for more than you legitimately owe.
The Tax Court is a court where one can appeal decisions by the IRS. A judge will hear the case and decide between the petitioner (taxpayer) and the commissioner (IRS). Daniel Stearns is a member of the United States Tax Court Bar (Bar #SD1024) and is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

He goes the extra mile! He is very professional and very thorough in what he does. I owed 9k from an overpayment years ago and it accrued interest,he went through all of my taxes and was able to pay that with money that was left behind from other big box tax businesses . "Keep it local" is very worth it when you choose Daniel.
