Our mission is to provide you with safe and exceptional door to door transportation service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Sun City Express was founded in 1987 on a simple principle: traveling throughout the West Valley should be as easy as possible.
Keen to the fact that driving to/from the airport isn't always feasible, and that taxi services or parking at the airport can clobber your wallet, we developed a shared-ride system that operates exclusively within the West Valley.

Every vehicle is maintained by our on-site mechanic and driven by certified, professional drivers who are as friendly and kind as they are experienced!. We'll take care of navigating the accidents, road construction and heavy traffic. We pride ourselves on expecting the unexpected, monitoring traffic routes (24/7), having backup drivers/vehicles ready, arriving on time and always being prepared.
To our loyal frequent riders, the road warriors, the travel addicts, and to anyone who enjoys being rewarded; it's time your shuttle service said thank you. Xpress Points are earned on the base fare of shared ride, sedan and private shuttle service. Riders must have a minimum of 360 Xpress Point balance to reserve using points.

We can assure you that not only will we use you again when needed, but will recommended your company to any new friends that we make here. I have been driving for Sun City Express for many years. Each day involves several trips to Sky Harbor Airport and occasionally to Mesa Gateway Airport and back, but each day is very different and each day is a new story.
Failure to meet any of the requirements below, would disqualify one from eligibility for the driver position. This application is current for 30 days. I made my reservation and was immediately charged for the trips from and to the airport. The cost was $104 when Uber would have charged $74 for the same two trips. The vehicle was in good condition with clean windows and cramped seats – the seat we were in had less room than an economy seat on the aircraft.

I was treated very poorly when I asked why when I paid for an executive delivery and received a large conversion van instead. The website clearly offers an executive car, the person I spoke with after made it clear that I got a van, and it's what I wanted. I explained that I would have gone with the multiple pick ups instead for the price, and the response was what do you want me to do about it. You got a ride without anyone else. I explained I would have gone with the other choice if I knew this was it. Went around in cure with me raising my voice and her hanging up. Won't use them for that price

My grand mother couldn't pick us up from the airport so she suggested Sun City Express, I was very happy to see how careful the driver Arnie was with the Covid situation, he was ready with masks and gloves, very courteous and safe. They dedicated the van to the three of us with no one else on board for safety reasons. No wonder grannies recommended Sun City Express.

I was really impressed with their service. Unlike some other airport shuttles, you can select a semi-private option for a few more dollars so you have to share with a maximum of one extra party. This means no milk runs to or from the airport.
I made my reservation online, received a phone confirmation with the specific pick-up time and lo and behold, my driver showed up with the other party on board, right when they said he would be there.

Have used this service to and from the airport for the last three years. Drivers have always been excellent but the service has deteriorated the last two years. I'm 45 minutes from the airport but the last several pick ups from the airport took 2+ hours to get home. We do take the "shared ride" option but I don't need a two hour tour of the greater Phoenix area before I get home at $70 for two plus tip. I commented to the company about it but was told to spend MORE money with them to get home sooner. I think not. Looks like I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere in

I've used Sun City Express for the last 14+ years when we came to visit my aunt in Sun City West. I think that number alone speaks for itself - the consistent positive service they've provided their guests over the years. I don't even know how long they've been open before we started using their services! It was so easy to call and book my ride. I called 2 days before my pick-up and, as promised, they called the day before to update my pick-up time. They always want to be sure you're at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight. My ONLY complaint comes from my ride yesterday

I have used this service multiple times over the past few months. I fly into Phoenix from Alabama and after such a long day it’s refreshing to receive the hospitality Sun City Express delivers. I have not had the same driver more than once but each and every one made the shuttle ride very pleasant. It’s like an old friend is waiting to pick you up from the airport. This is a sincere compliment coming from a southern woman that highly regards hospitality!!

I'm always nervous about getting to the airport on time. I've been using Sun City Express for about 3 years and haven't been disappointed yet! The drivers are always friendly and help you with your baggage. I have the shuttle pick up my out of town guests too and they are always happy with the service. Give them a try on your next adventure plus no car to park at the airport is always a plus.

Sun City Express is certainly the West Valley's #1 shuttle service. They have taken excellent care of my family and friends, especially my young sister and niece. Management is always very responsive to questions.... setting a high bench-mark for other shuttle services to try and emulate. I'm looking forward to using them again this coming week.
