We made an order of UV lights and were told it would be shipped in 3-5 days . It’s now been two weeks . If I can rate them one start I would . The director of sales and marketing , Laura . Is beyond rude and unprofessional and does not know the meaning of customer service!
When I asked to cancel the shipment she not only told me they wouldn’t service our company any longer she also had the nerve to raise her voice at us over the phone and threatening to hang up on us .

While I am still deciding on where to buy my equipment package from, I can tell you that the training this company offers shows they know what they are doing in the indoor air cleaning field. The owner of the company spoke to us this morning and he struck me as a fine man with a fine company. Take these negative reviews you see here with a big big grain of salt.

Made an appointment. Waited for 40 minutes in the hot sun for David to show. Finally, I called his office and was given his cell phone number. I called David and he said that he looked at my location earlier that day. Without even speaking to me. Why did he make me wait in the hot sun for 40 minutes? He didn’t even call me. I would never do business with this company. That is very unprofessional,
Also, he quoted $1200 to clean 28 feet of ducting and add pigeon screen. That is crazy expensive.
In my opinion, use a different company. You have many choices.

I had the pleasure of having Drew clean my ducts today. The quality of the service was exceptional! Drew was punctual, friendly, efficient, and informative. Two of my master bedroom vents were internally collapsed. One of which, was very clogged. After cleaning them, you notice significant difference in the air pressure. My main levels vents were so dirty he asked that I take my babies outside so they wouldn't breathe in the debris. He took the time and cleaned every vent in my entire home. I hire this company to clean my air ducts. My house is still dusty. There is dust on my glass table everyday. The other problem I have with this company is: My furnace and air-conditioner worked fine before Air Care entered my house. Now, my heat won't come on. A mechanic (from other company) said there were some screws loosen around the motor and one had jammed the blower and burned it up. The mechanic found screws on the floor. The services provided by Air Care Services were simply outstanding. Paco would be my pick again and again. He arrived on time and got right to work. His work was meticulous and he cleaned up every inch all the way back to his truck. The vents and grates looked better than new and the information provided was quite useful. Purchased a deal via LivingSocial for a dryer vent cleaning within 75 miles of Denver. Got a call from the subcontractor the day before, saying he couldn't make the appt, but he'd call the day of and verify. He called the next day and said he couldn't make it, but would call on Monday to reschedule and assured me he'd take good care of our house.
He didn't call on Monday. When I called the company the next day, they immediately offered a refund instead of trying to fix the issue. I said I didn't want the refund, I wanted the service. After their surprise, they rescheduled.

Booking an appointment was easy, the gentleman that cleaned the ducts was nice but very soft spoken and didn't really give me a lot of info. He seemed to work hard and cleaned up nicely. He missed one vent and when I told him he had to get the stuff out and clean that one before he left, didn't seem too upset with me ;) I just wish he had pulled me aside to show me some before and after views (maybe photos?) of the vents. I did not ask to do this, not did I really ask the guy any questions, so I can't fault the company. I can't tell much of an improvement with allergies or

Luis came to clean the vents at my house. In 25 years never had it done. Luis explained everything he was going to do. He worked fast and was efficient. Luis was extremely respectful of our property and left the house cleaner than before he started working.I would recommend this company with no hesitation/. All was excellent!!!

I hired Air Care Services to clean my dryer vent and clean the ducts in my house. The Company was prompt, and Eddy, the serviceman was clean and tidy. He started with the ducts, cleaned all the vents and the intake vent, vacuumed all the vents. Then he duct taped a big hose onto one of my vents and used a leaf blower in all the other vents to blow the dust and stuff towards the hose. He did attach about 8 feet onto a brush and brushed the vents too. I'm not sure if they are suppose to go further or not. Then he worked on my dryer vent. Luis from Air Care Services was great and arrived early! Unfortunately our townhome is built in such a way that he was unable to access the duct work for our 2nd floor, but he clearly explained the situation and was honest about how effective the work would be if he couldn't access the upper floor ducts. So we ended up not using their services, but I appreciate the honesty and not trying to scam us out of our money for lackluster results! I will definitely give them a call for our next home!

Setting up the appointment was uneventful. It could be better if the first one who answered the phone (a lady) didn’t have to transfer my call. The technician (Sean) notified us prior to the appointment and very punctual. Every vent in the house was thoroughly cleaned, protected the furniture and really vacuumed the affected area afterwards. He was very courteous and explained very well what he will do and even warned our residents about the noise that the machines make. Receipt and paperwork were well documented as well. Had it done recently by Air Care. Guys were thorough, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. Everything was left clean and tidy. Our air quality is much improved, especially having asthma sufferers in the house. Don't skimp on the phony advertised duct cleaners. They just aren't the same. Highly recommend!!!
