We arranged for Quality Air to clean our ducts. Dan was the service tech who did the work yesterday. He was knowledgeable, courteous and an all around great guy! Our dog Bella enjoyed his visit and he was so kind to her. We would recommend Quality Air for any work needed in your home. Thanks Dan for doing a great job! I called these guys, because I saw their truck at one of our neighbors homes. I checked with them, and they spoke positively about them.
Danielle answered the call and was very thorough with what the service entailed, and their scheduling.
Brad called and showed up as scheduled. He was very informative and pleasant to deal with. He even took “before and after” pictures, and emailed them to me.
The service lasted over 3 hours.
They have to schedule a month or 2 in advance, but were able to reschedule me much sooner, due to a cancellation.

We built our house 6 years ago and never had the construction dust removed from the air ducts and vents. A co-worker recommended Quality Home Air and I was very pleased with the results. Brad called before arriving, explained the process, answered my questions, and showed us photos of "before" and "after". Excellent results. I am the one who usually gets three quotes when I do anything, but I came across Quality Home Air through Google and read the reviews and read nothing but good things. Brad was top notch. He came out on October 5th to clean our ducts and vents. He was extremely professional, and explained every step of the process. I would have thought he owned an HVAC company with all his knowledge on the systems. Will definitely have him back out in 3-5 years to do it all over again. Don't fall for the lie that you need it performed every year. That's only if they do a sub par job. Best duct/vent cleaning we've ever received.

This was my first experience with this company. I was referred to them by a friend. I had wonderful service from the first phone call to the final service. Brad did a fantastic job with deep cleaning the ducts, furnace, and dryer vents. He was neat and respectful of my home and pets. I have already referred others to him. I called Quality Home Air based on the Yelp reviews and it is only proper for me to add to it. I initially spoke to Danielle and she was very thorough and detailed in explaining the process and pricing. No pressure and no hard selling. Brad arrived as scheduled and did an awesome job cleaning the ducts and dryer vent. He explained the process and showed me some debris he pulled out during the process. I was really happy with the vent cleaning we got with Quality Home Air. Brad was very helpful in explaining the process up front and keeping me in the loop with how things were going. He also went the extra mile to and offered lots of extra tips on how to improve the airflow in our house. I felt like I learned a lot about my house, and it was all really helpful information. Also, for the work done, I thought the price was very reasonable and the time it took was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great experience. I called on New Year's Day figuring I'd leave a message and hope to get a call back later in the week. Brad called right back and we scheduled for the next day! Great customer service throughout the experience, walked us through what he was doing. He cleaned our vents, took about 4 hours, and it was -10 outside. He tried to be as quick and accommodating as possible since the furnace needed to be turned off and a door cracked to outside.
He showed us before and after pictures as well. I highly recommend this company.
