During your examination you will be tested using a series of low & high frequency words to determine your ability to understand verbiage within a conversation. We will also give you several words to repeat. The results will help us determine your percentage of hearing loss, your ability to understand speech and how hearing aids will improve your ability to hear.

Come here. This is from a person who's had hearing problems since 5 years of age. Now 68 & can hear VERY WELL!
1/2021-because of mask mandate lost one hearing aid in set. Looked for it frantically ALL over house, (many times) in car, (many times)on hands & knees in bank parking lot (once) combing through leaves and other detritous on asphalt in evening the day I found it lost. Embarrassing my son as he watched

My grandfather needed some hearing help, it took some Convincing to him to agree to go in. Once we got there, Chris & Bryce took it from there & grandpa opened right up & happily Accepted. They put hearing aids on him and I’m happy to say that he hasn’t taken them off since! He loves them and calls Chris & Bryce “those nice men”. I was very pleased with their office & how clean it was. Their PCC (patient care coordinator) at the front desk was very sweet. The whole experience made us feel like we went to visit friends.

These guys know their craft and stay centered and focused on helping the community! If you're suspecting that you're having hearing issues, check them out and I think you'll be surprised at all the options that are available, from temporary hearing aid to long lasting. These folks can tune you up and bring balance back to where your hearing aids may not even be necessary anymore.

I was in a couple of weeks ago as I have been having trouble at times with my hearing. Chris James and his employees were great! They are an honest and professional business that didn't try to take advantage of my situation nor try to sell me on services and products I didn't need. I will definitely give them my business and refer anyone to them in need of hearing solutions.
