It was a quaint little shop with a nice clean environment. They have a really cool case that shows a lot of old hearing devices that is very entertaining while you wait for your appointment! The equipment used was really cool and up to date! I got to see inside. Pretty good place! I took my dad here and had a MUCH better experience than at My Hearing Centers.
My name is Tom Schmidt, I was born and raised in Portland I have six older sisters and one older brother. I'm married to my beautiful wife Dana, we have four boys Tyler, Jared, Alex, Nick and live in Tualatin, Oregon. I brought my 71yr. young mom into this establishment a few months ago. I'm finally writing this review unfortunately. My mom had a "complete" ear exam with scope, and a "complete" hearing test which I was present for both. The "Dr" was quick to offer hearing aids costing close to $8,000, and of course financing; fortunately her credit didn't go through. 3 days after her appointment she asked me to take her to urgent care for a second opinion. Long story short, she was 100% clogged in the left ear and 50% clogged in the right with earwax. How could a "Dr" not see this with his scope 3 days before

It is with the utmost appreciation with this Center I write this. Tony is very helpful. He did not try to put me in hearing aids that cost a lot of money. He figured out what I needed, chose a perfect pair, got them to me the minute (actually about 4 hours after they arrived), and best of all I don't even know they are in my ears - talk about comfortable - WOW. They cost $2,000.00 less than the ones I have had for a long time. I believe this is an outstanding and fair place to find what you NEED.
