Invisalign's invisible, removable, and comfortable aligners will give you the beautiful straight teeth you've always wanted. And best of all, no one can tell you're wearing them. Invisalign is great for adults and teenagers. What is Invisalign? Teeth that are badly stained, shaped or crooked may be improved by a veneer placed on the surface of the affected teeth.
Does mercury in the silver fillings in your mouth pose any long-term health risks? Does fluoride, in spite of everything we've been told since childhood, actually cause more harm than good? What does the latest research reveal about tobacco use on your overall oral health? Oral piercings (usually in the tongue or around the lips) have quickly become a popular trend in today's society.
Sealants are liquid coatings that harden on the chewing surfaces of teeth and are showing a great deal of effectiveness in preventing cavities-even on teeth where decay has begun. The pits and grooves of your teeth are prime areas for opportunistic decay.

When X-rays pass through your mouth during a dental exam, more X-rays are absorbed by the denser parts (such as teeth and bone) than by soft tissues (such as cheeks and gums) before striking the film. This creates an image on the radiograph. What is flossing? Flossing is a method for removing bacteria and other debris that cannot be reached by a toothbrush.
Some cases of acute periodontal (gum) disease that do not respond to more conventional treatment and self-care such as flossing may require a special kind of cleaning called scaling and root planing. The procedure begins with administration of a local anesthetic to reduce any discomfort. Root canals are tiny passageways that branch off from beneath the top of the tooth, coursing their way vertically downward, until they reach the tip of the root.

My husband and I had went to him for almost two years. I called his office one day about 1:00 with some of the worse pain I’d ever had. They said I could come in the next day. I took a hydrocodone that I had left over from shoulder surgery. It didn’t touch it. I took a 2nd pill about 30 minutes later. Still no difference. I waited about an hour and couldn’t stand it. Couldn’t drink, eat, sleep, etc. I called them back and said I had to have something done because I couldn’t take it any longer, and if he couldn’t see me I would have to call another dentist. He said he would see me the

Had work done 10 years ago, wanted all my teeth pulled and full dentures. He convinced me some could saved. Needless to say, within 5 years the metal he used caused more of my teeth to go bad, and never could wear the uppers. Told him of my concerns and he basically ignored me.

He is the best. I had my teeth worked on by many dentists in the past and his methods are the best and least painful! I never felt the needle. He takes time to explain things. Highly recommend.

My husband, myself and my children have used Dr. Mason for years. We have had everything done from fillings to implants to wisdom teeth pulled or surgically removed. We have never had any issues and have always received the best care, even after the procedure. I went to another dentist one other time within the years that I’ve seen Dr. Mason and that dentist complimented the work that Dr. Mason had done in my mouth. We are a Mason family:)
