I'm having an allergic reaction in my eye. Its burning like crazy! I went in to see them today and they prescribed me an eye drop medication. I went to pick it up a few hours later (when work would allow) and the pharmacy said nothing had been called in. Now the clinic is closed (30 min earlier than posted) and I'll have to suffer another night.
I'm done. This is the second time they've forgotten to call in my prescriptions. Completely a waste of money today. I'm finding a new clinic.

I have so many good things to say about this place! The customer service is phenomenal and Doctors Steven and Alan Jackson are extremely knowledgeable and have excellent bedside manner. Dr Steve Jackson performed surgery on both of my eyelids and I wouldn't trust anyone else to perform the same surgery. I've been going to Cottonwood Eye & Laser Center for 11 years and unless I move away from Utah, I don't plan on it changing any time soon.
