In our view quality service includes excellent client communications, clearly explaining what we feel should be done and providing prompt billing and reports to the client. We also keep excellent records so that every action is documented. Providing regular inspections helps us discover early signs of trouble and keep your hardware, software, and services up-to-date.
I love these guys! They really know their stuff. EBCS has taken care of our computers for over 10 years. They are reliable, honest and friendly. I have called them on holidays, weekend and after hours and they have always taken care of our computer issues in a timely manner. EBCS stepped in when a larger corporation did not have time for a small company.
Just guessing, I think that most small offices are in danger of data loss and suffer from minor data loss on a regular basis. For computers, switches, routers and large printers it is probably longer, for workstations and software, less so. East Bay Computer Services is here to help your company chart their course through the next 20 years.
Many offices are downsizing and businesses are building new network configurations that facilitate staff telecommunicating from their home offices and other remote locations. The new office has drop in desks for employees who come in only certain days in lieu of individual work spaces. With this shift in the way business is done, my company, East Bay Computer Services has much to share.
