Attorney Sharon Diamant is a former prosecutor who focuses her practice on family law and criminal defense. Sharon is a client's biggest advocate and at the same time acts as a mentor and friend.
Sharon T. Diamant has been working as an attorney for over twenty years. She left the state's attorney's office in 2002 and practiced Criminal Law in Hillsborough County, Florida for two years before returning to the state's attorney's office in 2004. Ms. Diamant remained at the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office until 2010, when she opened her own office and went into private practice.
What sets our firm apart is the fact that we view our clients as people, not as a case number. This is especially important when resolving family law matters. One of the biggest issues we deal with is when a couple wants to dissolve their marriage. When dividing your assets and determining whether alimony is necessary, a judge will look at the best interests of each party.

All I have to say that it was a blessing ... I found her last minute on a Sat. at 9pm. Most lawyers are off on the weekends and don't work that late, if they are working. I called, she was pleasant and reassuring . I hired her for a peace order against a person that I knew would make up lies and be manipulative.
