An employee opened my driver side door and hit one of the metal brackets where they hang the vacums and put an ugly scratch on my door. The manager in duty took responsibility for it and said that they would take care of it. Today he called me stating that the GM informed him that they will not be taking care of the cost to fix the damage that was caused by their employee. That's very poor customer service and a fast way to loose business. I canceled my membership immediately and called my insurance. Do not visit this place.

I wish I had gotten names but from the time I called till I pulled off they were professional. They took very good car of my car and were able to get stains out I live in Desoto and now I will forever drive here to get my car cleaned.

The worst service I ever experienced with a detail service. Left my truck there and was called and texted that it was ready for pickup. Upon inspection, there is Water puddles on floorboards, corners still dirty, and areas skipped. Was going to drop off my other truck but decided not to. They need to do better service and make this right. I paid over $100 for this!!!

Take your money elsewhere. My husband paid $200 for the show room ready detailing package. They had my car from 12:45pm to 5:30 pm and I still looked bad. The undercarriage was not cleaned and even after the manager went back, he only cleaned one side. The windows and front bumper still had bugs on it and they said it wouldn't come off..I get it home and can scratch it off. They also scratched my car but wanted go say that was there before, they didn't do it. Multiple people were driving my car around, I saw my car moved 4 times while I sat there for an hour. And instead of really fixing anything

It was a decent wash. I had to tell the guy to clean my windshield and he asks me which side. He didn’t clean no parts of the windshield and still didn’t clean it right once he did. In the picture you can tell the dash wasn’t wiped down all the way and one of the windows in the back had streaks in it where the rag barely touched that area. I have kids so they get all kinds of hand traffic back there.
I’ve been to this car wash before it was the express wash it is now and they used to clean a little better.
I also had to ask him to clean the back part of the suv, which I really wanted

The car wash was open and looked very new when I pulled in. I was on my way to my best friend's house and they were still out shopping so I decided to stop by and see if this car wash would be a pit stop on my way to the best friend's house. I asked to have the hand wax and interior detail done and overall they did a good job. There were still some areas that could have been cleaned a little better, but they were in hard to reach areas that even I couldn't have gotten to. As for stopping here, I think I'll stick to the one by my house that offers full-service car washes and

Stay away from here! Completely disorganized and not nearly enough employees. The format of this car wash has changed completely and whoever is running this has no idea what they are doing. "express" wash took 25 minutes to even start the wash and I was #2 in line. The employees look like they are moving in slow motion. What a joke!

I've been to this car wash a few times. I come here for convenience. Service had been sub par. Months ago I was sold a $50 super duper special wash. I didn't even notice the difference compared to a regular wash. This time I was charged an oversized fee. I drive a Prius. How is my car oversized? I wonder what they charge a SUV or truck. They missed vacuuming 2 of my cup holders. They had 4 guys working on my car and my car was the only one there but neither one of them was able get it apparently. Never coming here again.

$169 for a complete detail plus $15 tip which I wished had not have. My husband had to clean the wheels when I got home because they were filthy. If they did wax the car (which I'm doubtful) they did it over tree sap and bugs. I could have gotten the same thing for the $29.99. This isn't the first time I've had this happen but thought I would give them another chance. That was the last chance. I'll go elsewhere.

Unless you want to get an hour long car wash, do not come here! It literally took 34 mins before my car even entered the wash area. I waited in the lobby thinking my car was already sitting outside waiting to be shined only to find out it hadn't even entered the wash! It was a car away from entering! There's was hardly nobody there maybe 5 cars at the most and at least 7 employees. They were all teenagers of course! My car was ok. But for $25 I could of went to camp wisdom and 20 been out in 25 mins with a damn good car wash. Sorry red oak car wash, I hate leaving bad reviews but this

We have been coming here for a few years. I do not I ow what has changed in the last 10 months. This place is horrible. We paid for platinum service and my windows were still filthy and streaked. The driver floor board was not vacuumed. The bugs were all over the outside of my car. We asked to speak to someone. All he said was what do you want me to do? I replied, re wash the car please. That's what I paid for a clean detailed car. That took another 30 minutes. My car came out and no one wiped it down. I got in my car to drive off I spoke to another manager and he said oh well! Really? I will

I gave them one star to get the review started. There should be a negative star rating. Spots all over car after "platinum" service. I asked for touch up prior to leaving and left with water spots on the windows and body of my vehicle. Bugs still on mirrors, grill, etc. Did the Manager care??? Nope. Won't be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE. They scratched up the sides of my car and refused to acknowledge that they did it. Incredibly rude about it.
I got there around 6pm on 9/15/15 and they seemed very nice until I paid for it and then they back VERY rude. Rushed through with my car, didn't clean any of the windows (I paid for them and all the interior to be done) and watched them. It do it. And then when I got home I noticed a TON of scratches on the side of my bright red car.
Absolutely the worst experience and I highly encourage finding a different option.
