Suffolk is a family business run by founders Mark and Keri Suffolk. A former dancer with a background in fashion design and purchasing for upscale retail, Keri leads the company in sales, product development and U.S. distribution. Mark, a former engineer with more than 30 years' experience in pointe shoe manufacturing, personally designs each shoe in the Suffolk collection and oversees production to ensure his high standards.

Purchased ballet flats for my daughter and the staff were so friendly. I called with questions and Haley patiently talked me through the differences and recommended the best size. I have bought several point shoes from Suffolk. We have received exceptional services from Haven. She is very knowledgeable about the various brands, she ask many questions for better understanding of the customers needs and she knew my daughters ballet director's preferences for shoes. When my daughter decided on a pair she suggested that my daughter send a picture to her ballet director before sewing her shoes. Haven was extremely patient and helpful. I highly recommend Suffolk for fittings of shoes.

I highly recommend this boutique! We usually go to Sandy's because our dance school partners with them to order the right color for my daughters' company dance teams. Today, I went to Suffolk because my daughter has a dance convention today and I found out this morning she was missing one of her Ballet shoes . Walked into the boutique with my daughter and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help (always a plus!). The young lady sized my daughter and brought 3 different shoes she thought might work for her. We found a perfect fit and when I inquired about clothes she took

Not the place to bring your daughter to get toe shoes if you are a Dad. The young ladies kept passing us by even though we had pulled a tag for a fitting for toe shoes. We had two mom lead girls get taken from the floor to the fitting area ahead of us. The young lady that finally did my daughters fitting knew less about the shoes and how manufacturers differ than my daughter..

Have been coming here for a while for the quantity and quality of dance items they have for my daughters competitive dance team. Came in on a Saturday (big mistake) to get new dance shoes, was crazy busy and taking a ticket was the only option. Left and came back Wednesday after school, 2 other girls getting fitted for pointe shoes, sat and waited 15 minutes- next to the girls trying their shoes on, we were glanced at several times by both ladies fitting shoes and not once did they say "we will be with you soon" or anything else for that matter. This is such a wonderful dance shop. They have a large dollhouse and a table with a tea set for the littles to play with while you shop, so nice when you're lugging your toddler around. We didn't need shoes but the lady doing the shoe fittings had on a princess dress, wore a crown and handed out little wands afterwards.
