My conventional financing failed 5 days prior to closing on a rental property in Tooele county. Underwriter last minute denied my loan. Either I lose my earnest deposit or get access to funding with a bridge loan. So I decided to contact Corey with Privatemoneyutah.com and acquire the asset as planned. I was in a pinch with my old private money contacts, and with a short time frame... Private Money Utah answered the phone as I called. Got me prequalified and approved for my home closing which was only 5 days out... I was able to extend my closing date due to seller side issues but I was impressed in the performance in addressing my unique loan needs and helped me secure a loan for my Fix and Flip property. I was turned down my 3 other lenders due to the location of the property because it was out of the way in Roosevelt, UT. They didn't. In the end they will get more loans as I move forward
