I can’t write a review without leaving at least 1 star, which is far too high of a rating for this company. They caused me physical harm, 2nd degree burns on my body, because they lied about their knowledge and familiarity with the healthcare assistance that I needed. If you want to speak with someone there, you cannot. I have called this company dozens of times in a couple of weeks, all during normal business hours, and spoke with someone once. That person said I should be hearing from someone else (the nurse I had been waiting 4 days to hear from) and hung up to call that person. I have a grandparent

My mom was discharged from the hospital after recovering from open heart surgery and respiratory failure, under the services of them. The hospital case manager selected them because they said they do blood work with Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech Therapy (ST). After 1week of discharge the nurse and PT came and did their evaluation. The second week after I called them the OT came and did the evaluation. In the third week no PT and OT came to visit my mom. The doctor told me that it's not good for my mom that she is not getting the therapies which she is in really need
