I was referred to home health care by Memorial Herman Greater Heights hospital for the second time during these two years I’ve had several great knowledgeable and professional nurses. How ever as time went on care suffered with changing of nurses visit times . I feel like my health is important and I should have good care but nurses should be held responsible for tardiness and not showing up not calling when running late.Thanksgiving week they just didn’t show up anymore,so I’m doing my own wound care seems they couldn’t accommodate me after hour and days of waiting for them if you complain

We were hesitant and reluctant when we were told a home health agency would be necessary to care for my husband while being treated at home with IV antibiotics. Our apprehension was the direct result of our more than several dealings with other home health agencies. I must say that from our very 1st visit with nurse, Joyce, she was a blessing sent from above. I would not hesitate to recommend Oak Gardens to anyone. They truly care about their patients health and do a phenomenal job.
