From the many well-chosen stock pieces, to the incredible designs, you will find just what you want at Diamond Factory. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible honesty and fair pricing at this attractive Rancho Palos Verdes showroom. We ordered a one-of-a-kind ring for me and picked up some great gifts for our granddaughters.

I went to the Diamond Factory a few months ago looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Knowing very little about diamonds/jewelry in general, the store manager (Helen) was UNBELIEVABLY helpful and informative. She walked me through everything one would want to know about diamonds and jewelry, and afterwards I felt like an expert myself! Helen truly wanted to ensure I would find the perfect ring (I did, btw) and make sure that everything was ready for my proposal.

I bought my (now) wife's engagement ring at Diamond Factory in early 2013, and went back and got our wedding bands a year later. Helen and the whole staff are so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I even had an issue where my wedding band kept having to be resized and they handled it each time at no cost and were very helpful. I would not think of going anywhere else to purchase jewelry in the future. Best place ever!
