called this location with the intent to try and have a business relationship and help their customers pay their repairs bills. before I could finish the sentence the gentleman hung up on me. tells me all I need to know about thier professionalism and service. I will never recommend them.

My family takes all of our cars to Kyle. He is honest and performs quality work, letting us know what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. My former mechanic who closed his shop several years ago referred all of his customers to K & R Auto Service. His shop is clean, organized, and well run.

I was an Southern Appalachian customer that used to be in the same building. Kyle graciously welcomed all their customer after they closed. All things happen for a reason!! K & R offers polite, friendly, honest and knowledgeable service. Prices are always fair. I am very pleased and relieved as it is scary trying to find someone who doesn't rake you over the coals.
